I had the worse experience at this hotel while visiting on business. I spoke with an African American woman with locs in reference to me having a Sephora bag delivered & to hold it because I would not be able to retrieve it due to my work hours. When arrived from work around 11pm I spoke with the caucasian tall older man desk clerk along with the other caucasian older woman with a blonde bob .They exhibited racial prejudice, along with verbally demeaning me as customer . After they continually stated my Sephora bag never came & must have went to the “best western . I presented the picture that the delivery driver sent & it was picture of my bag on the desk with an associate. The guy steadily stated my bag was not delivered & proceeded to call the police after I said if my items were not found I would file theft charges because I had adequate proof that it was delivered. Finally , they looked beside the computer on the front desk & saw the Sephora bag with a note stating my name . The man proceeded to slam my package down & said oh here is it . No apologies, nothing. I have never felt more outraged in my life by an associate. Hands down I would never stay there again . Not even ,including how dated the hotel is & the slow arrival of the elevator, my rating is a strong 3/10

I really enjoyed the bartender. He was very pleasant and helpful. The manager at the bar was exceptional as well. Front desk lady was pleasant and understanding. I did not like that you have to pay for parking when they have a private parking lot. Also the incidental fee was $100.00 I thought that waa a bit expensive as well. The bathroom waa really tight.

Maintenance issues at the hotel are absolutely horrible and (according to the staff), have been occurring for a long time. We were not able to check in until 8:15pm (!!) even with our 17 month old, which was very frustrating. Then the room was flooded from the AC unit and the AC unit stopped working. The shower had not been cleaned and there were dirty shower rags with hairs on them in the shower. 2 of the 4 elevators in the hotel were broken leading to long lines. There were buckets in hallways catching water leaks. such a shame because it's a beautiful hotel and staff was very nice, but the maintenance issues are horrific. Not up to Hilton standards at all!

They room had a horrible smell and i asked for another room was told they will call me back no call had to sleep with balcony door open and now i have mosqquito bites all over. I was told upon check out that the manager wasn't told so nothing they could do and sorry. Poor service house keeping was polite

We arrived June 7 one night with our two teenage boys . The hotel is huge , the parking is great, they have a restaurant inside that is amazing. The morning our teenage sons 17 and 15 popped back in with a full dag on breakfast free! Eggs , bacon, French toast,, home fries and omelettes. Indoor pool! Just a real good hotel! I'm really happy that we didn't listen to some of the reviews! All the rooms have a small balcony for smokers and the rooms are huge !! Staff was great and checkout was at 12!!
