My experience with this hotel was excellent. We got there and put our luggage in the lock room they have and went for a walk while our room was getting ready. One we got back, everything was ready and clean. The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of options.

Nice room, good breakfast buffet. Check in was horrible. I did not get my confirmation email. Once I got that my room key did not work. No staff at all to be found, nobody answered any of the 3 numbers I tried. It was rectified by calling Expedia who made some calls and helped me out. Expedia gets 5 stars from me

Rooms are slightly small, but perfectly comfortable and very cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast and particularly liked the fact that free coffee and tea is available all day.

Hotel muli was perfect for us. A very affordable price and has parking for free around it. You can always find a spot. Free breakfast is amazing. Huge selection of food choices with like 7 different icelandic yogurts meats and cheeses for breakfast soundwiches. Breads. 2 coffee/espresso machines that make all sorts of coffees cfor free available 24/7 in dining lobby. The lady that makes breakfast is so friendly. To note this hotel otherwise for rooms is a simple compact set up. Meant for sleeping and relaxing but really for a home base while exploring. This is a no frills room but half the cost of most and between the free parking and free breakfast can save you $50-80 a day extra from what the larger hptels would charge you for those amenities. Its about a 5 minute drive or so to downtown to see all the sights. Id suggest parking 1 or 2 blocks behind the church for easy access and walk the strip. All of downtowns sights are within walking distance of the church. Value and ammenities offered are definitely a 10 out of 10. Just remember this hotel is for adventurers that use the hotel as a sleeping base and not a resort set up.

Loved staying here! Communication for check-in was very clear. Adequate amount of parking on-site. Breakfast was delicious and having the coffee/hot chocolate maker fully available 24 hours a day was a huge plus for us. It is within walking distance of multiple shops, restaurants, and bus stops for excursions.

Wonderful Experience! I also had to email/message through hotels.com with a change to check-in request after booking, and I received reply within 24 hours-- quick and accommodating! Hotel is easy to access, self check in and out, free lot/street parking, perfect location-- quick walks to everything you want. Breakfast crew is phenomenal, gives a good start to your day. Room was clean, bright, and warm. P.S. The "secret drawer" food stash in the lounge is a great concept!

We liked the large feel of our room compared to other accomodations in the city. Dinning options are plenty, but be prepared for expensive and sometimes over priced food. Our favorite was the Mexican option close by named Caliacan, excellent food and a bargain compared to others.

Loved that it was close walking distance to major attractions, but we did not have to worry about parking at all. Lovely room, great common area. Loved the basket of books for sharing and the secret drawer, for useful items you could leave for other travellers.

Hotel Muli is a very convenient spot! Our room was clean and quiet. We had free parking for our rental car, but we mostly used the scooters available in the area as it was a cheap and easy was to get around Reykjavik! We didn’t come in contact with any staff during check in but it was easy to remotely access the hotel. Remember to check your email for check in info as there is no front desk to greet you.
