This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 5th floor of Star of the Sea. queen size Murphy bed and New 2021 queen size sofa sleeper. Room divider. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.

RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $90.00 CLEANING FEE
During the off season(Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units. The garage and elevators will be undergoing repairs in the off season.
