This is a great place to stay with family. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception is close to the area where breakfast is served - hence it smells badly all day long.

I would still like to have the benefits of my gold membership even though I booked through Expedia. I understand not getting points for the night stay but the water & the snack would be nice. The parking is tight as well.

The hotel is brand new with a nice fitness center and indoor pool. The family room is very spacious and well organized; plenty of storage units and a very convenient kitchen.

I’m very disappointed with the staff and especially the manager who would even consider the possibility of any talks about getting a refund for my hotel night on Monday March 4, firstly my trip was cut short due to a loss of my family member who died suddenly. Then between all the rearrangements I had to organize which went pretty smooth considering, well I didn’t have no luck on the Quebec side and this hotel ! I’m very disgusted with the situation and how they handled Do better and have some considerations or heart for some that surface troubles at times I’m out over $225 bucks minimum Robyn

We were there for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the room with the kitchenette and we had ample space. We did not feel cramped. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very supportive and ready to help! The free popcorn in the lobby was a hit!

I’m not usually a review person. However, I must say that this hotel had a terrible condition, hopping to prevent others from making the same mistake to choose this hotel. The hotel was dirty, for example we noticed a pice of trash left on the corner of the pool more than 48 hours of our stay in the hotel. Our room never been cleaned and tidied. Breakfast was really cheep and modest. Not having enough bread, fruits, and vegetables. In the room, beds were uncomfortable with cheep quality and deformed mattresses. Altogether, I absolutely not recommend this hotel.

The property is located conveniently on the highways with easy exit. We chose this place as we wanted a newly built hotel that would be clean. We got the suite for our family of 2 children and 2 adults. The rooms were very well equiped with kitchen utensils and even a dish washer. We had some food packed for the way from Toronto, that lasted us well once we arrived at the room. The size of the suite was really nice and there was ample storage. The T.V has netflix access and the suite had two tvs. Our girls loved that for binge watching shows at night. The sofa bed that my girls used was also comfy. We were carrying our own blankets. I really liked the accessories in the bathroom too. We recieved a welcome sms from the reception when we reached our room. They were prompt on sms when we had questions. The pool area and breakfast was also enjoyable.

Evrything was amazing. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful except the last day when the ladies where not thrre and 2 gentlemen manned the area. I know they are doing their best though but there was no bacon so my husband (a bacon lover) was disappointed. But that is not a deal breaker. The pool was nice and warm during winter and ww had a great time there. Kitchen items was used very much. I just wish you have a small stove so I can cook something for my husband and daughter. The big refrigerator was a good aďition to the room. Overall it was a great stay and would like to stay herw again given the opportunity to come back to Quebec.

The room is big and clean. Staff is very friendly. There is only one small issue that the outlet in the washroom doesn’t work, but everything else is great.
