The warm greeting at the reception desk set the tone for the entire experience. The room was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of comfort and relaxation. The plush bedding provided a perfect night's sleep, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. From the in-room coffee maker to the complimentary Wi-Fi, every detail was thoughtfully curated for the modern traveler. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel's location was also ideal, situated in the heart of Quebec City with easy access to the city's historic landmarks and vibrant dining scene. After a day of exploring, it was a joy to return to the hotel and unwind in the cozy ambiance of the lobby lounge. Overall, my experience at the Best Western Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the inviting atmosphere to the top-notch service, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quebec City

it was clean but there was empty water bottle back of the bed and other dusty but other than that it was great and staff’s are nice also easy to park .

The staff were not engaging. They provided very little information about the facilities of the hotel and offer no recommendations. The restaurants were every good and the staff their were very friendly and welcoming.
