El peor hotel de todo punta cana, la peor atención también. Aquí nos quedamos 6 días , 6 días estuvo el elevador roto, mi hijo se enfermó d vómito y lo llevamos a la atención médica q tienen en el hotel y nos fuimos porque nadie lo atendió nunca. La enfermera jamás llamó para ver cómo el estaba, la pisicina llena d mold , en todo el hotel no había pollo para los niños estando en el menu, dos veces se fue la luz! Cuando la luz se va no se puede usar el agua en el cuarto! No había piña colada , porque no hicieron la orden a tiempo. Todo esto dicho por los mismos empleados!! No me alcanza el espacio para poner todo lo que pasamos en este lugar! Pedí reembolso y este hotel después que me dijeron que lo aprobarían lo denegaron y expedía no me pudo hacer mi devolución por esto! Ahórrense el tiempo de venir a este lugar. Tengo fotos y videos de todo esto que pasó y lo voy a poner por todas las plataformas.La gente q trabaja con tremenda mala cara y forma el día entero.

We had some problems with the mold on the pillows and bedsheets when we first checked in. We called the help desk and they sent someone to change for us. The service at the a la carte restaurants are not really good. Especially the Cafe Le Mar at the beach, they brought out main dishes when our dirty plates were still on the table. The trolley from the beach back to the main lobby was not so organized. There was no waiting line, people just stood and got in the trolley, people who were waiting at different stops might not be able to get into the trolley because it was always full at peak hours and you could wait for a long time before the trolley arrived at dinner time. Other than that we like the variety of food at different locations. I noticed one waiter preferred not to serve us even though we were at his session, he just asked the people at the tables next to us and skipped our table. Might be we don’t look like most of the people there . But most of the staffs were nice. Overall I think the resort was good and just needs some improvement in service at the A la carte restaurants.
