The staff was friendly, and the entertainment was great. The guest should be able to control the AC in the room. Not everyone can survive at the same temperature. The reservation system for restaurants is archaic at best. In most hotels, you can complete a reservation on an app or by calling a number. Making huge lines is inefficient, especially out in the heat.

This property was horrible. I would not recommend anyone staying here. I checked out within hours of checking in and spent those hours making other accommodations. Terrible way to start a vacation.

The Adult part of the hotel needs  to be cleaned daily, I never saw the beds by the pool wiped down and the pool rim was completely gone with visible rust on the bridge that takes you to the jacuzzi.  The breakfast bar needs to have more options, the chilaquiles Red and green needed more flavor.  The Adult facilities has 1 elevator. We had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to get to our room (8th floor).  The pool restrooms were closed due to restoration, so it made it very difficult to go to the restroom in the lobby.  The restroom door was right in front of the elevator making it difficult to get to the restroom with all the people waiting for the elevator.
