「I have to save the building operator really excellent person very accommodating Great communication with the customers. Front desk stuff was very good too as well maintenance or on-call cleaning person lacking a professional latitude, came in very sick really didn’t have any explanation as to why the refrigerator wasn’t working to max or the sound of the air conditioner was very loud. Perhaps she should’ve got better before she came back to work. She could’ve potentially gotten people to sick...

「Everything was great, but because of the size and having two separate towers, there is a lot of moving around from checkin to parking to actually getting into your room.」

「まあまあ」

「駐車場は有料です。 部屋の壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の声が聞こえてきました。 水は一階の機械にて無料で補充できます。」

「The staff were very helpful and nice The breakfast included was more than we expected Parking was great The rooms were very clean and everything was in working order」

「Great location in downtown Windsor but lots of noise at night and lots of homeless people around the property at night. The breakfast was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful.」

「Renee is a charming and welcoming host. She made everything easy, including conversation around the breakfast table. Breakfast was ample and delicious.」

「Wi-Fiの接続があまり良くなかった。チェックアウトの仕方の説明が無かった。」

「Had a good stay, albeit I was only there for 12 hours. I booked the room with three queen beds and it was a very large room. Beds were good and the room was clean. All in all a great motel experience」
