The check in process was fantastic. The check in ladies were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend This place.

Porto looks better in a nice apartment
We had a very spacious and clean apartment, the kitchenette was very equipped. We could have breakfast and some meals at our apartment. My kids were happy . The only issue was the air conditioner and the coffeemaker but it doesn't matter when you have a clean a nice apartment close to everything. We had a very nice experience in Porto. Thank you Susana.

Great apartment but service could be better
The apartments are situated in a quieter area of Porto but still very accessible to all of the main sites to see. The apartment was really comfortable, large, well equipped and very clean. The only issue we had was that the access is via a key pad which stopped working during our stay and having contacted the manager and asked for reassurance when this was fixed, we did not receive this. It had been but we didn't know this until we got back to the apartment which was late in the evening and was a concern if it hadn't been fixed.

The room was spacious and beautiful high ceilings. Great location without being in a faceless hotel chain. Restaurants and entertainment within 5 mins.

Good place
Good location on a quiet street not far from the main city area although it is uphill all the way back at the end of the day. Clean and comfy with ac on a super hot day

Comfortable, convenient, spacious apartment
Enjoyed the beautiful apartment and it was fairly close to all of the sites. We walked to everything. The apartment is modern, clean and has a wonderful back porch. It can be a bit noisy when other guests talk loudly in their apartment or in the hall. It was a very comfortable, spacious and pleasant option for our family of four.

Highly recommend
Our stay at Oporto Trendy Hotels was excellent. The staff were very helpful (making recommendations, scheduling taxi for early appointments). The service is friendly. The room is beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is walking distance from the center of the city. The only challenge was the reliability of the WiFI however, that was not a huge issue. I highly recommend staying at the Oporto Trendy Apartments. Everything was perfect. Thank you!!

Lovely apartment in perfect location
Great location close to the river in Porto, there is no reception desk so we were given a code for getting in which suited us as we like to just drop the bags and go. There were quite a lot of steps up to the room so not ideal for those with mobility issues unless you can request a ground floor room. Room itself was spacious and clean.

Location, balcony and quiet
A great place to stay in Porto. Good location, nicely setup with a fantastic balcony overlooking a quiet garden area and other backyards. Make sure you contact before checking in as the office is not always open.

Highly recommended.
I spent six nights here and I have only positive things to say about my experience. The apartments are just two short blocks from the metro from the airport or main train station, and the same from Rua de Santa Catarina, which is buzzing with people shopping and eating during the day and night. The Ribeira is a pleasant and easy walk away or easily reached by public transport. The apartments are in a quiet and safe street and have been nicely renovated. They are roomy, very clean, modern, have everything needed and are very comfortable. The wifi is good and reliable. A warm welcome is assured and appreciated. I hope to return.

Good Four Days
I stayed here with a friend for four nights. We choose it because it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room we had was on the ground floor with access to an outside garden. The main floor was large and included a small kitchen. My bathroom was on the ground floor and my bedroom was one floor higher. The other bedroom had the bathroom in a separate ground floor area. The apartment was close to restaurants and attractions. It worked well for us.

Convenient and spacious
A friend and I stayed there for 3 nights and can’t wait to go again. The apartment is spacious and full of natural light. Everything needed was provided. Hugo and Bruno were gracious hosts and gave us terrific tips on places to dine. The city is bustling and full of life.

Great location Great Staff
Room was well appointed and freshly renovated. Great location and easy walk to town or cheap taxi ride to other attractions . The location in the small road made us feel like we were actually a Porto resident for a few days. Staff had good English and pointed out the best places for us to see. The proprietors were really quick to respond to our inquiries and more than accommodating when we needed a change at the last moment.

Excellent Stay
It was a delight to stay in this top floor apartment. There are steep stairs to the apartment but the reward was a quiet, clean and spacious room. It was close to the metro with lots of restaurants all very nearby. A great place to stay for exploring Porto.

Lovely room, great location, fabulous hosts
Loved staying here. Hugo and Bruno gave excellent guidance and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Rooms are clean and modern, though stairs could be a problem for some. Bruno did carry our bags upon arrival and departure, which made it much easier. Nice residential area away from touristy spots but close to metro and easy walk to most places we wanted to go. We will definitely stay again.

Well located for the centre of Porto
We stayed here for four nights while exploring Porto. The apartments are easy to find a short walk from Bolhao metro station. They are on a quiet street but you can still walk to the market or Sao Bento station in 10 minutes or less. The receptionist was friendly and gave us a tour on arrival. We had a studio on the upper floor which was well furnished. It had a small kitchenette with oven and hob and a fridge with ice box. The shower was excellent with very high water pressure. There was free wifi which was very fast and TV. It was a great base to explore Porto as all the main attractions are either a 10-15 walk or easy to get to via public transport.

Clean, quiet, conveniently located
My stay at Oporto Trendy Apartments was great!! The place was very clean and in an excellent location. Our room had a wonderful view from the backside of the building. The room includes a kitchen with everything you could need including an oven! From Lisbon, we took the train to Campanha station and a taxi to the hotel. We were also able to utilize Uber while in Porto but otherwise there are many things to visit from 10-20 min on foot. The hotel will ask you when you will arrive and someone will be there to get you checked in. The cleaning staff was kind enough check to see if we could leave our bags for the day and come back for them in the evening and there were no problems, someone was waiting there upon our arrival. One thing to note though is that there is no elevator. We stayed on the (North American) 3rd floor and this just the start of our trip so our bags were pretty light but it was pretty difficult hauling our stuff up and down. Wifi was strong though we needed to rest the router in our room a few times. At night the street is very quiet but lit so I felt quite safe getting home. This was the hands down the cleanest places I stayed in Portugal and like other reviewers mentioned, I also wish I stayed at least a day longer. So do yourself a favor and add a day to your stay in Porto and enjoy this wonderful room!

Excellent place to stay. Modern and bright!
We loved staying in the "Foz do Douro" apartment. It was modern, bright and super clean. The location was awesom -- full of character and close to cafes, pastry shops and restaurants. And just a few minutes walking distance from the centre of Oporto. The staff at OTA were amazing! Thank you, Hugo, for your professionalism, pleasant manner and attention. Obrigado!

Nice apartment in Porto!
Great location and easy check in. Apartment is new, clean and nicely decorated. Location is central to major shopping and restaurant districts. My only real complaint is that we had the lower level apartment which was lovely, but we could hear everything above us. There is not good soundproofing from above. If you are a light sleeper or noise bothers you, I would suggest you ask for one of the other apartments that are not on the lower levels.
