This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

The room and bathroom are very large and completely renovated. The two beds are comfortable. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small garden with a terrace, where you can have breakfast or lunch when the weather is nice. It is cleaned every day. The location is excellent in a pedestrian zone. There are many small stores, cafés and restaurants. It is also not far from the other attractions of Porto.

Il s'agit d'une chambre comme dans une colocation avec la cuisine et le jardin en commun entre les colocataires. Emplacement très commode car proche du centre historique de Porto, des commerces et des moyens de transport. La femme de ménage passe tous les jours ce qui fait que c'est toujours très bien tenu.
