It was a great location to stay for walking back and forwards to visit Poole Hospital. Only negative I have is that it would have been good to have had a small fridge in the room. But everything else great thanks

Desk staff was so helpful. I had flown overnight after a day in the airport. I was so tired. I was given early check in, offered coffee and kindling conversation until my room was ready. All staff were so helpful.

Sadly our bathroom was noisy with a constant hissing noise after flushing the toilet. Skirting boards were chipped and noticeably dirty in the dining room! On a positive note the staff were welcoming and friendly, plus a good breakfast.

Hotel is just about 5 minutes walk to bus station and 10 minutes walk to train station. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. We book for 4 people but just gave us 3 towels. We asked for extra but every time they clean we end up with 3 towels again. All in all hotel is good. Just the parking is too expensive.

Weekend in Poole.

Clean, comfortable with great breakfast.
Returned here several times to visit family, helpful friendly staff and nice rooms .Rooms are cleaned daily and drinks fir the rooms are always refreshed.Breakfast buffet is good and you can request vegan alternatives or a to go breakfast.

Didn't like my meal of sausages and mash it was returned twice as the sausages did not look cooked. I was advised they do not fry. After explaining to senior staff my meal was refunded.

A simple place for a pitstop.
Easy check in. Slightly dated hotel but clean. There was water flooded into the sink and edge overnight and my things got soaked. I noticed the carpet and wall in the corridor (by the bathroom) was damp and stained. This must be an ongoing issue.

The price for this accomodation was excellent, lovely clean room and great breakfast. Would have been a five star review but the AC is very noisy and stopped my colleague and Ii sleeping (we had two rooms). Once this is fixed its a a 5-star option for sure.

Jon's overnight stay
I arrived very late to check in and had a very early start at 4.30am the following morning. The night staff were very friendly and helpful and the check in was no problem. The room was clean, warm and comfy. For the morning, they offered to arrange a cooked breakfast for me at 4.30am (instead of 7am or whatever the usual time is). True to their word, they did put on a full cooked breakfast for me which made me feel very valued as a customer.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Room was large and airy. However, linen did have a strange smell (as if someone had been smoking or vaping in the room). En-suite was good with fantastic shower and room for toiletries. Breakfast as a surprise as I was not expecting a good breakfast having stayed at Holiday Inn Express in the USA. Overall very good value for money.
