Really nice place - perfect for our needs. Just be aware of no elevator if you have a lot/heavy luggage. The breakfast place downstairs is really awesome. Don’t miss it! Good food options nearby, and the church down the street is beautiful so be sure to see it.

Filippo and Enrico are great hosts! They communicated very well. This room exceeded my expectations! The entrance to the Pompei ruins was a block away. We walked here from the train station (it’s a hike). But didn’t have to worry about parking. They recommend great restaurants! But, there are plenty of small gelato shops close by! No elevator. 3 flights of stairs. We got used to it! Thanks again! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a super stay for three nights last week. Room 204. Went smoothly from booking all through checking in and stay. Perfect location. Lovely room. It was exactly as described. The view was stunning from the back balcony. We would certainly recommend.

The communication was great and entry was easy. The property is in a good location, walkable to Pompeii, downtown, shopping and a children’s mini arcade. The bed was comfortable. You can hear your neighbors music, talking and partying. The outdoor space is nice. The parking is public not private and you have to pay.

Great location. Very clean and spacious room with an awesome view of Mt. Vesuvius as a backdrop. Each room is equipped with a small safe, a mini fridge and a kettle. Our family spent New Year's Day weekend there. We were even gifted a bottle of wine on new years eve. Hosts are very responsive with any questions or requests. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Pompeii.

Good location for Pompeii ruins and good transport links to Sorrento, Naples and Rome. The hotel was clean and staff easily contactable by social media. There is a lovely view of Vesuvius along the corridor leading to the receprion area. Our room had lots of storage. However, some maintainence is needed. Our window shutters would not stay open (and were in need of some repair) so we had to sit in a dark room, since it was autumn and got dark at 6pm this was not too bad, in summer would not be good. Our patio area was just a section of the main reception patio and so not private. Breakfast is a drink and pastry from the shop below, probably cheaper to buy yourself as 2 out of the 3 mornings there were no seats so we just had the pastry as a takeaway and got tea in our room. Would we go again, no we would book elsewhere and would probably stay in Sorrento and get the train to Pompeii for 5 euros.

Great location. Loved the terrace. Downside was street noise until very late at night. Air conditioner didn’t work so had to sleep with windows open and ear plugs. Would stay there again during warm weather only if air conditioner was guaranteed to be functional.

This property is very beautifuly updated. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and very large. The staff on the property were so friendly and helpful with any of our needs. We did not have a car and this is within walking distance from the train station and walking distance to the entrance of the Pompeii sites. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, Convenient, The Place to Stay in Pompei
Casa Pacifico is a beautiful B&B located right in the heart of Pompei with almost doorstep access to the back entrance of the archaeological park. The space was ample, very clean, and easy to find. Would only not recommend for those with mobility issues as there is no lift and its' on the second floor - but otherwise an amazing place and would book again in a heartbeat!

The property is located within minutes of the alternate entry to Pompei. The room 203, was in a corner position with two large windows. Outside there was a small courtyard. The room had a full shower and a bathtub. We had breakfast vouchers provided to us and ate in the patisserie downstairs - De Vivo, which was unbelievably good. The host - Filipo was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The only issue for us as we get older is that there are four flights of stairs to get to the rooms. There is no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up and down ourselves.

This property was amazing! It's within a 5 min walk to the Pompeii Arch. Park. It gives you great access to all the local dining areas and shopping district. The host did a wonderful job decorating the room and the marble style walk in shower felt luxurious! We enjoyed the perk of having a free breakfast at the local pastry shop below the hotel and it was a pleasant experience each time. Quick check in and such a great stay!

This property is a perfect location for being in Pompeii. It has many benefits to stay there if you want to be centrally located. If you have bulky luggage the three flights of stairs may not be ideal for you. The location of the entrances a bit concealed between the bakery and the travel office. There should be a more prominent sign, showing the correct entryway.

Large, clean space. Some of the flooring has seen better days, but other than that, the unit is quite lovely. Great communication with host. Had a little challenge finding the spot initially, as we arrived after dark and the signage for Casa Pacifico is behind a large plant. Checkin was easy. Very active community on the night we arrived, which was amazing.

Loved the room, excellent location. It is less than a 5 minute walk to one of the less crowded entrances to the Pompeii ruins. We used it as home base for exploring Pompeii, Ercolano and Sorrento. It is a close drive to Naples Airport.

The property was very nice with the following exceptions. A) there isn’t an on-site manager which made checking in confusing/challenging, B) we had room 204 which had a bad smell in the bathroom. C) The air conditioner in the bedroom was undersized so wasn’t able to adequately cool the room, and D) the apartments are on the 4th floor so if you have heavy or a lot of luggage expect to carry them up 4 flights of stairs.

Very nice small suite with a comfortable bed. No sofa bed as advertised (rm 203) and no elevator if you have heavy luggage or are handicapped. Ac took about 25 min to cool down space. Bath was very clean and had a nice jet tub.

My daughter and I stayed here for our visit to the archeological park and it was perfect for that. 5 min walk to the park entrance. Room was lovely! Air con was very appreciated as we were there during a heat wave! Room was large and comfortable. No lift to room, so luggage had to be carried up a couple of flights of stairs, but we were aware of this so not a problem, just an FYI for others. Communication with owner was fab. We had a car to park and were sent clear instructions on this. I asked a lot of clarification questions and they were all replied to pleasantly with no feelings of my being a hassle. Luggage was able to be stored after checkout by the caretaker. Only issue was the breakfast...the staff in the cafe that the breakfast voucher was supplied to were not very friendly or helpful.

Received several messages requesting my check in time. Owner said that care taker was awaiting our arrival. Caretaker was very good. Owner should have informed us that building was under construction. Workers arrived at 7 am and were doing qork on the roof.

The air conditioning wasn’t great. The hotel is in a really busy area of downtown Pompeii and you’re constantly hounded by locals. Not having an elevator isn’t easy if you have big bags. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and hard. The breakfast vouchers they hand out are for the place next door (which they had no idea how to serve us nor what the vouchers were really even for). Additionally the breakfast establishment is an absolute madhouse and we ended up leaving without breakfast, because it was impossible to even get coffees at the counter. Would not stay again.

Dear Anonymous, the air conditioning usually works well, if you tap every single bottom on the remote control it goes in stand by. We use to check if the air works day for day.We’re sorry for outside loud but especially in the weekend Naples and around is famous for life night. Next time we will offer you breakfast into your room directly.

Modern Gem near ancient Pompeii
Beautiful and modern hotel in the middle of Pompeii. Great location, easy to get to the ruins and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was great to work with. Highly recommend.

1) we never had a chance to see the manager. Make sure you have your own internet and WhatsApp to communicate with him. Internet costs me $10/day. 2) There is no elevator . I am a cardiac patient, and my wife had muscle aches, but we had to carry our luggage’s to the second floor. My little kid first time experienced to lift her luggage to the second floor. Probably it was exciting to her! But I ruined my hand luggage because the handle came off when I was holding it and lifting up. It costs me to buy another hand luggage worthy of $100. 3) Make sure you have your own towels with you. They provide towels only during your checking. Those are not replaceable for three days. I didn’t know that. So, I had to reuse towels collecting from bathroom floor. That was disgusting! 4) There is no exhaust fan in bathroom. So after shower, the moisture makes the bathroom kind of bad smell. You need to keep opening the window for bathroom which doesn’t have any net. 5) Shower water initially comes hot enough for roughly 1 minutes. Then water temperature becomes almost room temperature even rotating the regulator to the hottest setting. 6) It was mentioned on the web that breakfast is free. This is little tricky. They don’t have any arrangements. They gave a coupon for one cookie and a juice/ coffee which are available in roadside confectionery store. 7) the entrance of the building is a place where restaurant workers gather for smoking. It was very pungent smoking odor near the stair

very kind host, what you wrote is really incredible.You don't need to spend 10 a day because we have a strong wifi network.There is no lift and it is written in all advertisements and in all languages. If you broke your suitcase it's certainly not our fault. Unless requested, we change towels every 3 days to protect the environment and because unfortunately there are guests who throw towels on the floor every time they use them. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom because there is a large window. Breakfast is free and we offer it in the café under the house which is, among other things, the most famous café in Pompeii.
