Our stay was okay, I wouldn’t stay again, they don’t answer their phones when you call, we had to go all the way to the lobby to get room service or just to speak with someone who worked their, the breakfast was not so good, it was the exact same thing everyday with no variation at least. I went downstairs to schedule room service because our phone didn’t work and was told they already scheduled it for the following day, which was great because we were gonna be at Disney that day, we come back to the room after 12 hours of being at Disney world and there was no room service, no clean towels, nothing….

Very clean and very convenient.

We really liked the room size for my family of 5. We also liked that there were a lot of pools with heated water to choose from and they were not crowded. We did not get a great greeting or instructions when we checked in though. We had to ask around for where to take trash. We had no idea we had to pay $20 per person to use the wave pool area. We did not know that the full list of daily activities were $5 per person. This was on top of the resort fee. We also did not have food experiences at the eating establishments. We came in at a slowish time and the other customers that came with us got their food. We watched many customers get seated and get their food but our food took 45 minutes without anyone even checking on us to make sure we were OK.

We loved the shower! The employees were very cordial! Missed the coffee!
