The hotel is well appointed, very nice clean comfortable room with a good hot shower and good water pressure ( I hate wimpy showers). The bed was very comfortable. The parking was easy and we'll lit. The staff were excellent and spoke perfect English ( in case that might be a concern). The restaurant brewery on site is a Germanic menu as you can imagine. The food was, in my opinion good but previously I was there a few years ago and the food was better. Still good but not memorable. The disadvantage is it's distance from the A1 highway if your traveling. The hotel is located all the way through town and not on the end closer to leaving Plovdiv. If this isn't a concern then the hotel is quite good indeed.

Top Tier Quality and Service
This hotel is absolutely top tier. When I walked into the reception area, I was immediately met with clean and modern design. The staff are very polite and respectful with nothing being too much for them. The furnishing of this hotel is top notch and the rooms truly feel like any hotel in Dubai. Extremely clean, very modern and overall a brilliantly presented suite. The bathrooms are well sized and immaculately clean with attention to detail and amenities to match. The location is well situated and easy walking distance to the old town if you wish, or center plovdiv with the mall close by. The value for money is well worth it and you will have a pleasant and very comfortable stay.

Will definitely stay again!
Great stay! The hotel was clean, well designed, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The front desk was polite and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the restaurant nearby, where the food was delicious and they make their own beer there, for those interested. If traveling with kids, there is a playground at the restaurant, which is in the same parking lot as the hotel! The neighborhood is nice as well. We had free parking on hotel premises. Will definitely stay again!

This was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel that we've ever stayed at and that's saying something! The staff is extremely professional, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was spotless! The owners clearly thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable. Even the bight white towels were super soft! Wish there were more Hotel Jagerhofs!!

Good hotel. Would recommend.
The hotel rooms were amazing. Breakfast also was good. Probably the best omelet i have eaten in my life. My only issue would probably be is they charge for extra water after the 2 complimentary that they give. Maybe its just im used to it being free in Dubai whenever i request for more. Otherwise. Very good hotel.

The best hotel in Plovdiv! The rooms are big enough and very comfortable. Еxtraordinary interior, helpful staff and delicious food. Large and well-equipped gym. great lobby bar, restaurant for breakfast and beer house.

Mükemmel düşünülerek yapılmış tüm detaylara dikkat edilmis, üst düzey temizlikte bir çok 5 yıldızlı otelden daha iyiydi. Kahvaltı çeşitli olmasina rağmen lezzet seviyesi özellikle hamur işi ürünlerde cok başarılı değildi. Kahvalti esnasinda personel fazla ve bekliyor olmasina rağmen boş tabaklar vs. toplanması konusunda zayıftı.

Das hotel ist super sauber, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, Bad hat genug Ausstattung falls man was vergessen hat. Restaurant befindet sich gleich außen separat, aber auch da ist es superschön. Wir sind wirklich mit allem Zufrieden gewesen. Jederzeit wieder!
