It´s located in a quit area and strategically accesible to several points of interest in the zone (5th avenue, Tulum, diverse Xcaret Parks, etc...).

The department is fully fursnished and you can fin all the services to rest and enjoy that momment that you need it. It´s very bright and quiet, perfect for home office or simply watching the sunset on the balcony.

Uptown Downtown!!

Absolutely wonderful. Fantastic location. Extremely clean and well equipped. Carlos is fantastic. Quick to communicate. Always helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment. Carlos is very accommodating can’t go wrong here. Thank you Carlos.

Nice new condo, ok location

The condo is brand new and not busy so it's very quite and secure. It's a bit far from 5th Street and the beach so you need a car. Parking in Playa is a nightmare so be prepared.
