I liked staff and the property but the room was hot air didnt work and i was miserable and couldn't sleep had to take a cold shower and that wasn't pleasant but this is the last time i will stay here cause i have experience this before

It was average. The outside, just looking o is beautiful, when you enter the rooms it’s disappointing. The carpet is old, stained and uneven and need replacing. The bathroom in the corners are rusting. I was not impressed with the breakfast either. The coffee is the second worse I have ever had.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were great. The owners need to address and update the conditions of the rooms. Rug and furnishings need to be updated. Rug was pretty dirty and stained. The location is great and they will continue to get business but at the rates charges,guests deserve better.

Overall pleased with our accommodation, however, the pool was being treated and not available for use AND our air conditioning wasn't working. We were travelling with a young child and it was too late in the evening to switch rooms. Not our most comfortable night's sleep ☹

There were dead cockroachs in the room. It was dusty and the corners of the rooms were dirty. The furniture is old. It needs a good cleaning and some paint.

We specifically stayed here because of the “Excellent” reviews. There was nothing excellent about it. The place was old and dirty. There was hair on a few of our towels. Luckily we didn’t see anything on the bed linens. The breakfast was terrible and they were out of waffle batter by 845 and not willing to Refill it. That was the only thing worth eating. Luckily there was a smoothie shop right down the road for breakfast. I will absolutely never stay here again!!

Terrible refund policy. The hotel itself was great. I’ve stayed there many times. However, on this stay, the fire alarm started going off randomly at 1:00am. After 30 minutes of the alarm going off an on, I decided to check out and find another hotel nearby because it seemed the issue wasn’t going to be resolved soon. I checked out at 1:30am, the gentleman at the desk assured me that I would be refunded. Later, I found out the hotel refused to refund me because, and I quote, “there was a malfunction in the alarm system, and thusly weren’t responsible for it going off”. I talked with them 3 times, and Travelocity tried twice. They wouldn’t budge. So I’m out $100 for a room that I had to leave in the middle of the night because it was impossible to sleep. It was pretty classless and inconsiderate of them. I’ll never go back. There’s a Holiday Inn Express right across the road that I will go to from now on.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast in the morning is great. The staff is very friendly only negative that I had on the trip is the fire alarm went off starting about midnight until about 4 o’clock in the morning.

We stayed here for a wedding originally from Alabama so this was a nice room to stay. It was clean and staff was amazing. The room was very nice and a lot bigger than excepted. You could close the door on the bedroom for privacy if needed. The furniture and decor was older but I thought it was cute
