- Shared complex contains 4 unique apartments!
- The entire "Green ground level apartment" room with ONE bedroom, ONE bathroom + small courtyard and communal laundry with washing machine & dryer.
- The green ground apartment is located next door to the orange ground apartment, there is a communal door which can be unlocked (upon request) between these two apartments to host larger groups.
- Communal laundry is shared and please abide by laundry guest rules which are listed in the laundry.
- Self check-in instructions will be available for you to access closer to your check-in date.
- You can either have a lockbox check in or personal meet & greet (upon arrangement)
Fantastic coastal and family orientated neighbourhood with easy walking distance to the above amenities.
Walking is very easy and convenient for this property, however a bus stop is only 5 minutes walk and there is also either room at the property or at the shopping centre a few metres away to park your car.
- In the communal area of the property you can have access to 1 x portacot and 1 x highchair, if you need to use these during your stay, please let us know to book in advance as they are shared amongst all FOUR apartments.
- As the green apartment is located through the carport of the complex, you will have 1 x key to access the main front door to the complex so you can access the communal laundry on the first floor.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
• SECURITY CAMERAS: This property has security cameras to the external areas which management check regularly at all hours. If these are tampered with in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
• NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.
• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.
• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.
• EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details.
• LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs. However, we provide a 15-minute grace period after the designated check-out time. Check-out is at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, depending on your reservation details. If you remain in the property beyond the grace period, a late check-out fee will apply, starting at $100 or an amount based on the nightly rate, whichever is higher. The fee will depend on the length of the extended stay.
• STARTER PACK OF CONSUMABLES: We supply a ‘starter pack’ of consumables upon your check-in. If you run out of these during your stay, it is your responsibility to stock them up.
• PARKING: Please ensure you only park vehicles in the designated parking areas. There is strictly no street parking.
• VISITORS: We do not allow any visitors unless approved by management first. We need to know who is staying & visiting the property, especially in case of an emergency.
• EXTRA GUESTS WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have additional guests to what your booking details state, your booking may be cancelled immediately, and you will be required to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued.
• NO EVENTS: This includes but is not limited to photography sessions, hen’s parties, buck’s parties, baby showers, birthdays, birthday gatherings, business events such as marketing and photography, high tea, or any gathering that results in an excessive number of occupants. Any violation will result in a penalty and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
• NOISE POLICY: We have a strict noise policy; quiet time is strictly from 10:00pm until 8:00am, please be respectful of all residents who reside in the surrounding areas. If we receive any noise complaints for your property during these hours, you will be required to leave the property immediately and your booking will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.
• COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.
• MAINTENANCE: If maintenance arises during your stay, please refer to our guest handbook for simple troubleshooting guides. If the issue persists, you must contact us immediately to report any issues. Please provide us with a description of this issue and attach photos. Our best efforts will be utilised to update you and arrange for repairs or rectification.
• TURN OFF ITEMS WHEN NOT IN USE: Make sure all lights, fans, air conditioners, heaters etc are switched off when not in the property/in use.
• FURNITURE: Please do not move any large furniture inside the property. Chairs and smaller furniture must be shifted back to their original location upon departure.
• CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.
• STILETTOS/ STUDDED SHOES: Please refrain from wearing stilettos/studded/hard soled or similar type shoes when inside the property due to the soft floor coverings.
• LINEN: We professionally launder all items such as towels, linen, tea towels etc, please take care when using our bed linen and towels, if there are any stains, an applicable stain removal fee or replacement fee will be enforced to conduct heavy stain removal treatment or replacement. Stains may be caused by heavy makeup, fake tan, hair dye, food, drinks etc.
• DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.
• KITCHEN ITEMS: All kitchen items you have used must be thoroughly washed, dried, and put away before departure.
• KITCHEN MATS: When cooking in the kitchen, please use the heat mats provided for the kitchen bench, dining table and coffee table to place hot items on – do not place hot items directly on these surfaces.
• COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins.
