Our room was very hot. We told the front desk and they said they would check. When we came back an hour later, the AC still was not working. We finally asked for another room which they did give us. But we had to ask, they did not offer.

The breakfast buffet was incredible, high quality, great assortment and organized very well. Hotel itself was very clean and modern. Perfect location if you're getting to Passau by train and only a short walk to the main shopping strip and old town.

Nice convenient hotel
This hotel was within easy walking distance to the train station. We travel totally by train on our trip and this was one of the nicer hotels that we stayed at. I thought there was a rooftop area to view the river but the top floor has been converted to apartments now

Staff was helpful. First time I checked late, small charge. Second time I checked early and was given a room after an hour wait (people checking out and room needed to be clean) Small nitpicking, staff is always busy and at times appeared overwhelmed.

Pretty darn good.
Great location to train station and not a bad walk into town. Everything is within a 15-20 minute walk. The room was nice and the bathroom was nice as well. The room cooling system did not work at all. They were booked solid so they couldn’t move us to another room and they said they had no technician to look at it because it was the weekend. We were a little frustrated that the weekend eliminated the ability to fix the issue. They we super apologetic and we muddled through.
