Beautiful home with gorgeous water views overlooking the Colorado River in Parker, AZ (on the ARIZONA side). This home is located directly above the popular Moovalya Keys estates. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Brand new, fully-upgraded kitchen. Sit on the relaxing porch and enjoy the sunset in peace. VERY large living room space.

Concrete driveway to provide parking for a boat, trailer or two. The wide, flat public launch ramp is 1,000 yards from the house. Directly behind the community (and accessible from the house)

In addition to the upgraded kitchen appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal for your family and friends, including a coffee maker and outdoor BBQ available for your use.

The Master Bedroom, attached to the master bath, has a California King Bed with a new mattress (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has a new California King bed with a new mattress (sleeps 2). The third bedroom has a full over queen bunk bed with very comfortable memory foam mattresses and 1 extra twin bed, a total of 3 beds (sleeps 4-5). Both the Master has plenty of room for a crib or blow up mattress. Blow up mattresses are available upon request. There is also a Washer & Dryer available for use during your stay.

We loved the place. It was very nice. Just perfect for 2 couples. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies. It had the most awesome view. Had a very nice deck to sit out on & enjoy the river view.yes we would stay there again.

Super bad experience
This property had so many things wrong with it... to start with the front door sticks. Had to try many times and was very frustrating opening. The stairs leading up to the house and the deck, are not attached. Several of us tripped countless times. Extremely dangerous. The thermostat was locked and we froze all night. The couch is in pieces (super comfortable). No pans to cook with. Very bad experience. Charged way too much for what we got.
