It would have been very good if the facilities in the rooms had been checked before guests check-in as we had to get maintenance to fix toilet flush and broken lamps etc. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience."

"Overall resort has a terrible stench, problem with their sewage treatment. The room is very run down and the hot shower in our room is not working. The mini fridge is missing in our room. After our complaint to the reception they only replace the fridge on the 2nd night. The only good thing about this resort is the location, nearby eatery places. The hotel name has changed to Airis Sanctuary Resort since July but no one informed us."
