Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Booked this room for 3 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. The location was amazing and the view was breathtaking. Everything was easy accessible and the rooms come with beach rental chairs for the day!

We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves. Sunsets were incredible from the beach and balcony. Our kids enjoyed the ability to visit the beach and the pool in the same day. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We have stayed in the Palazzo for a few years now and this home was one of the best. The home had all the right features to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The outside deck furniture was great and allowed our entire family to sit out and enjoy breakfast during sunrise and also enjoy evening sunsets. We were also able to watch the turtles and dolphins pass by everyday from there.

We were here for a few days and had a wonderful time. The view from the 16th floor balcony is spectacular. We spent a lot of time out there. Everything was clean and we had a ton of space. We would recommended this to everyone. Do note that the blankets and coverlet on the beds are very very thin and that there are no beach towels.

The property was very nice and we had a great time. The balcony was huge and a great place to spend a lot of time having a meal or overlooking the water. There were ample amounts of towels for bathroom use, and several items in the kitchen, we used for meals. The coffee Maker is a regular pot, not a cake cup, so make sure to pack appropriately for that. Overall, it was a great location, with beautiful views of the water, and wasn’t as busy on the west end of the beach, but still very easy to drive to restaurants, and the grocery store is just a few minutes walk away.

This is a nice place! But you have this listed as a 3 bedroom. This is not a true 3 bedroom there isn't even a door on the bunk area or a closet. So this is not a bedroom. Also the night we got there. There was a note in the elevator that the water was going to be turned off the next day for 8-10 hours so the condo was basically not usable that whole day. It would be so nice if there where hooks in the 2nd bathroom to hang multiple bath towels. Otherwise the location was great!

On the beach condo. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for families that want to cook inside the condo. The condo deck was 3x a typical deck would be…very impressive! Relaxing stay. Would book again.

This condo went above and beyond our expectations. Very clean, everything you need is provided. The condo is so spacious with huge master and master bath. We loved it and will definitely be staying again. Absolutely zero complaints.

My wife and I chose this place on a last minute landing spot for vacation. GREAT CHOICE!.. The condo is directly on the ocean 16 floors up.. WHAT A VIEW!

We loved everything! The condo was spacious and clean and had a wonderful view! The balcony was a great size and we enjoyed from family room and bedroom. The common areas were kept clean as a whistle and the parking garage was so convenient and felt safe. We will be back!

Great view, everything you could need in the kitchen, comfy bed, fast elevators. Only suggestion is cleaner floors. They get your feet dirty fast but just wear some socks or shoes and it'll be a okay! Most places like this tend to have floors like that anyway unfortunately in my short experience. But other than that, it was a great stay and I would vacation here again! Warm pool, big hot tub, free dvd rental on site.

Very nice condominium, well stocked and clean. Palazzo is so convenient, we love it and have stayed many times. I was very disappointed in the chair service, they had them so close together you could not walk between them. With things the way they are now, I would think they would be spaced out more than ever. Never have seen them that close together.

The condo was very clean, but the kitchen was without a pizza cutter, spatula, and pots and pans that heated properly. The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable; The second bedroom mattress was foam, but not very comfortable either. The condo itself was very well kept and very clean.
