The only good thing about this hotel was it’s location. It’s very close to the metro and shopping. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 days and it has been the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. And we stayed at 4 other hotels during our 15 day trip to Japan. We booked the 3 bed room here at Rozy hotel. It had a decent size tub and shower but it had mold growing everywhere!!! dark colored and red mold. I was so grossed I felt dirty taking a shower there. The beds were not any better. Pee stains on the mattress and what looked like old blood stains. I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels in this area. Too bad for us we couldn’t find another hotel to switch to because of our party of 5.

Pretty strategic location, not far from places of interest. Room and amenities may not be suitable for big size ppl, otherwise look no further.

We had the deluxe room which sleeps 6 people, it is pretty much the biggest room we have in japan and the best considering we stayed in Hilton, mystays, ryokans, etc. price is reasonable, room is clean and big, bed is nice and toilet/shower is separated which is a nice feature (all other hotel has them in the same room and really tight/small). Location wise it is not too bad, around 5 minutes walk to jr namba and 10mins to dotonburi. It is in a quiet area though and not where all the action is - if you like it that way then this is for you. A family mart (24h convenient shop) is just around the corner. No laundromat spoilt it if you do want to wash cloths, need to go to dotonbori or other places which take 10mins.

Nice hotel, a little hard to find. Taxi driver got us there but not without GPS. Hotel is clean, room was better than expected. We would stay here again

good size for japan standards, clean, comfy bed, toilet cramped but clean, good water pressure, rain shower, super friendly check in guy, excellent location just a few minutes walk to Namba station, and a bit longer to Dotonbori. But walls a bit thin, could hear most things outside the windows and in the hallway. Luggage got delayed a day, and the airport sent them to the hotel direct. Staff kindly brought them up to our room immediately.

Nice location, but a little noise
The location is good, near Namba station. The staff is friendly, and the room is more spacious than most of other Japanese hotel. However, when someone upstairs uses the toilet, I can hear noise from the tube in my room, which disturbs my sleep.

Good location in Namba, good for one night stay
The location is good in Namba area. Hotel staff is very welcoming and check-in is convenient. However, double bed is too small for two adults. The most important thing I want to say is, the room had noise when people upstairs are using restroom or taking a shower. I can only sleep well when people upstairs finish using restroom. Overall, it is a good place for one-night stay, and for people those who don't care minor noise.

Nice hotel close to jr station.
Hot water takes a while to come out so need to on the tap and wait for a while. Wifi although provided is impossible to get a connection. Other than that, service was excellent.

I stayed in a Japanese style room at Hotel Rozy. The room was in very good condition and very clean. Walls were white and there were no nicks or damage to the walls of any type. Bathroom area also looked SUPER clean and in good condition. Rooms in Japan are small as expected. Please note that this is a Japanese style room, thus, there are no western chairs to sit on in the Japanese style room. There are Japanese style cushions for sitting. Front desk staff were very nice. Hotel was conveniently located and close walking distance to the Dotonbori and Kuramon Open Market. Wi-Fi worked very well, too.

Great Location and Amazing Service
ROXY HOTEL's service was great - the staff speak English very well - and they are willing to hold luggage if you want to explore before you check in / out. The location is very close Namba Station - which is handy if you're arriving via KIX Airport, or even 1 transfer line from Shinkansen. There is a nearby Family Mart, and walking distance from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. The bed and bath were clean, fairly spacious compared to other hotel suites. I would recommend for Osaka travellers and will probably stay here again in the future.

道頓堀まで歩いて10分。りくろーおじさんまでは5分。みなみ駅入口まで30秒。立地は良かったです。 男性スタッフの対応も知り合いのオジサン的でフレンドリーでした。 部屋はベッドやトイレ、お風呂、洗面所は清潔でしたが、スリッパがどこにもなく、トイレもそのまま入らざる終えませんでした。 部屋の絨毯もお世辞にも綺麗とは言えないほど染みだらけ。そこをスリッパ無しで歩くのはしんどかったです。ソファも古さが伺えます。 換気扇がうるさく眠れないので止めましたが、隣の部屋の音が聞こえて結局眠れませんでした。 悪くはありませんが、残念感は否めず、正直金額が高過ぎです。
