Nice, quiet and convenient
A good clean compact hotel. Its in the quiet side of namba and about 7 to 10 mins walk to the namba/nankai terminal, namba parks. I like the place because its clean and quiet yet near places of action. Good walking exercise as well

Good location
Good clean room, although it is on the small side. You'd struggle to find space for your bags. Friendly staff and in a quiet location but near plenty of things.

the hotel was clean and well kept. it's not super close to the train station but definitely a manageable walk. there's a family mart very close by.

Nice and convenient stay
The hotel is quite close to the stations at Namba, which is our primary reason to stay here since we had to catch an early flight the next morning. Overall it was a nice stay, quiet, clean, and convenient. Also had a few restaurants and shops near by (Namba station).

Okay, this is not a 5-star hotel. In the US, I would compare it to Comfort Inn, Motel 6 and the like. That said, the experience was wonderful. The room, while small, was impeccably clean. The bathroom, as was my experience throughout Japan, was amazing. The beds were shorter and harder than anything I have experienced in America. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Namba train station and about a 10 minute walk from the exciting Dotonburi district.

The hotel had everything you need for a stay including pyjamas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to JR line and subway so handy to get around. And the membership access to the lounge after 4pm was a lovely break. Also they sent directions with pictures in advance of the stay.

I checked in on Friday 11 October & the receptionist who checked me in was not only extremely knowledgeable but his English was fabulous! I was tired & had a few questions due to the pending typhoon & he helped tremendously. I was very impressed! My room was a little small but perfect for me as I was traveling solo. However, for a couple it would've been a little uncomfortable due to the size of the room. The room was clean & well equipped, however I couldn't find instructions anywhere on how to use the TV as it was set to Japanese so not really being bothered, I just left it as background noise. Location is about 14 mins walk from the subway station in Namba so easy to get to. I found it safe in the area & easy to get to.

We are in all honesty very easy too please. As long as there is a clean bed. We're cool. But when there is no effort to trespass the language barrier and I ask you for ONE SIMPLE pillow, it was denied with a straight stabbing NO with a hand cross.

There's a scale for checking your luggage's weight, big enough for most suitcases so very useful. Overall the place seems very clean. About a 10-minute walk from major stations such as the Nankai Namba station which most people go to from the airport, which is a little bit far away but not a huge problem. Slippers seem to be reusable ones, although disinfected, for those who are sensitive to hygiene.

Great place to get some shut eye
I booked this stay for a single night because I landed in KIX late at night and wouldn't get to Namba until 11:00pm. It is near the Namba train station. Hotel rooms tend to be small in Japan, but this room was cramped. Customer service was great. This is a perfect hotel to just rest your head at night providing you don't have more than 1 suitcase.

Great compact rooms
Well arranged compact rooms are comfortable and very well equipped. Our non-smoking room had an initial slight smell of residual smoke which seemed to dissappear from day 2. Good access to local rail stations and an easy walk from the Namba station areas. Can't rate breakfast or the lounge option as really did only use this as a sleeping base! Overall a great stay.

Nice and clean room. Airport bus to namba OCAT. Walking distance to Namba Station. Walk to Dontoburi around 15min.
