Not knowing Japanese wasn't an obstacle checking in. Hotel was immaculate, staff was ultra friendly, and the bed was super comfy. Honestly my only gripe is the shower. The temperature fluctuated a lot between being way too hot to slightly cool but that's honestly a very minor gripe. That said I'd definitely stay again should I ever return to Osaka.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was close to Shinjuku station and the staff was always so helpful with everything. They even helped me book a luggage shipping service to my next hotel in Osaka. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay
The location was great. Right next to the train station and the metro station. Restaurants near by. Small room that provided the necessities. The price was reasonable. The staff very kind. I would stay there again.

This hotel is great for anyone looking to stay near Taisho Station or the Osaka Dome. The hotel is within very close walking distance near Taisho Station. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants, and convenient stores nearby. The hotel had a free onsen, vending machines on each floor, and a breakfast buffet that was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Literally right next to Taisho Station. Convenient yet quiet neighborhood. Public bath is so soothing. Good value.

verygood hotel first cleanliness and hospitality also welcome drink that has various kinds and is beautiful all facilities are designful and wonderful but the desk was very narrow and the foot space was interrupted by the small refrigerator but Others were fine

Hotel which is conveniently located - 1 min walk from train station, convenient mart, eateries. Excellent breakfast and snack area with quality drinks and snacks. Nice and clean onsen. Friendly and helpful staff, speaks English, Chinese and Japanese.

Relatively new, staff very polite and the girls spoke perfectly English. JR Rail station Taishô atound the corner. Quiet and clean. Almost good except for checkout at 10 am. Are you serious ??? Safe area, not very clean though outside. Kyocera Dome and Mall a short walk. Nice in total. No bath tubs, only public bath for that. How weird :) Business Hotel, not really for families.

Close to Taisho train station
This hotel was very accommodating as we had two kids (6 and 9 years old). It was just 1 minute away from Taisho train station. Room were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had English items along with Japanese. Chefs were very flexible and able to cook certain dishes based on our requirements. Clear and quick check-in and check-out process. Restaurants around walking distance.

Good Location
Good location. Just less than 50m away from JR Taisho and Subway station. Easy to travel around Kansai area. Hotel seems to be very new and all equipment in good condition.

Unpleasant and Expensive Experience
I'm used to hotel rooms in Japan, but this one was unusually small. However, that didn't bother me too much. What bothered me was that they decided that I could not have any guests visit. Then they said that if I wanted to have a guest, I have to pay 4000 yen (around $40)!!!!!!!!!! Are you serious???? Breakfast was good though. Hotel is in Taisho. So if you're not back by 12, a cab will be really expensive. Would DEFINITELY not stay here again.

So happy I chose here to stay coz overall are nice! Nice staff, appreciate that they communicate well in both English and Chinese. Great that upgraded single to double room, spacious to stay even 2ppl. all stuffs are clean and brand new. The bed is so comfortable!! Located just next to Taisho JR and subway station which is easy to access! Absolutely stay again if travel again to Osaka:)

Even the price of the hotel is not so expensive, it has everything i need for the family trip in Osaka, Japan. As many of the japanese hotels are, this hotel is a little small room. But except this, everything is just right - good breakfast, nice staffs, close to JR...

Great hotel. Clean and quiet
Clean, quiet, new, good location. The room is a bit small and no wardrobe but that's not a big deal. really close to both JR and subway station, drugstore, convenient store and some Takoyaki shop. Bakery shop near hotel is great too. Hotel staff can speak English. also smiley and helpful :)

Very nice and clean hotel
We enjoyed the hotel very much even though there is not much food choices in the nearby area and the bed was quite firm. However, the hotel is so new and clean as well as only one minutes walk from both JR and Subway stations. The hotel make our stay in Osaka a very good one and we will stay there again next time when we visit the city.

Well placed hotel with excellent staff
The hotel is close to Osaka station and well placed to get you around the city. It's very close to the Kyocera Dome if you want to watch a baseball game. The staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Excellent experience!
It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. It is relatively new. Location is convenient as it is right next to the JR and subway station. Also there is an Aeon Mall near by which has a grocery store. Definitely plan to stay here again.

If i will have an osaka trip again in the future, i will definitely go back to this hotel which has everything and most importantly its location is juat right next to JR and Taisho subway station! Love this hotel. Btw, hotel staffs should be able to speak and listen to English better than this. However, they are nice and helpful

Its very convinient, theres shops close by and the station is literally 1min walk with subway line and JR line. Hotel room is clean and new, we really enjoyed the public bath facility not many new hotels have them now days! Would definitely recommand it to others!!

Pleasant stay with convenience of Sub-way and JR Lines within walking distance. Request for a short late check out (free) was not granted - but charges applied. All TV programs and TV News in Japanese only But overall still a good hotel to stay if base on convenience for rail transport.

New, clean hotel right next to JR Taisho station.
The hotel is new and clean. Location next to JR station was convenient after a long day of walking. Aeon Mall, with a huge supermarket, was 10 minute walk from the hotel. The room was small but functional. Convenient to many local restaurants/lounges in the area. Safety was not an issue at night. I would stay at this hotel again, although it would be nice to have access to a washer/dryer for a longer stay. I was told there is a laundromat close by.

The hotel is located directly next to a JR station making it very easy to get to. Checking in was easy and quick. The rooms are tiny, and the beds firm, but both are typical here! The beds size were very large though - the twin beds were the same size as North American twin beds.

The hotel was easy to find being only metres from Taisho station on the loop which was great for tripping around Osaka. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds comfortable (but then we like a firm bed). The breakfast was great and there were plently restaurants etc nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel in a very convenient location.
This hotel is situated in a very convenient location with the major JR line as well as the subway within a distance of around 3 to 5 mins walk. Hotel is very clean and new. staffs are very helpful. The bath area is very relaxing. The little snack corner opposite the reception is a blessing to have when u come back late and all eating shops nearby are close, to have a little snacks to chew on.

Hotel staff are nice and can speak a little bit English. There are a small indoor and outdoor public bath in hotel which is good after a long day. Room is clean but found hairs on towels provided. Pillow not comfortable. Asked for an extra one for my kid but cannot be accommodated.
