Great apartments
This place is an apartment block of one-room apartments. So don't expect a hotel-type experience. But fo expect a very spacious room, and plenty of privacy. Also great is the washing machine. It's about a 10 minute walk from the east exit of shin-osaka station. Would vey happily stay here again when we're next in Osaka.

I stayed here with my husband for two weeks and it was my favorite place I’ve stayed at on a budget. Very spacious, and they had a separate bath area and toilet. The main room had a door separating it from the entrance and restrooms as well. Wifi was great here too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to multiple different stations, tons of food options around there, and pretty quiet for the most part (other than people walking home after drinking). Overall I’d give this place a 9/10. Only point off would be that there isn’t a microwave or anything to warm up food.

The property was very clean, and very convenient to access from Shin-Osaka station. There is an elevator for taking the luggage up, but also stairs for quick access. The host communicated well in both Japanese and English. My only constructive criticism is that the instruction PDF file is a bit overly large, and could be slow to access in some situations. Thank you Enzo Shin for everything.

Problem for none Japanese speakers
It was a nightmare if you don't understand Japanese. An email was sent in Japanese about instructions that you need to do before your stay which was a bit of a problem. I had to use translation software to be able to keep my booking.

何が置いてあって、何が使えないのかが分からなくて行くまで分からなかったのでそこは不満でした。 部屋はまあまあの綺麗さで不便ではなかったです。 強いて言うなら、私たちは4人で行ったのですが部屋が少し狭くキャリーケースが広げにくかったので2人とかなら過ごしやすいと思います

Nicely managed apartment. Spacious. I appreciate if there’s an oven or microwave. In the check-in procedure, it’d be nice to indicate where the entrance is to the building as it was’t obvious or was there a signage. The youtube links for check-in instructions that were sent an hour before were broken links. I couldn’t get any help at that point, making me nervous as it was also getting dark in the cold winter.

バスタオルが1枚少ないし破れていたのが、残念でした。 周りのお部屋の声とか音漏れもなく、快適に寝る事ができました。 どこに行くにもアクセスが良いため、次回も利用させて頂ければと思います。 今回は、宿泊させて頂きありがとうございました。

Wohnung mit viel Potential. Gute Preis-Leistung.
An und für sich ein sehr gutes Appartment. Der Check-in war etwas umständlich und die Zugangscodes wurden erst um 16:30 übermittelt. Man sollte also Internetzugang haben. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. Jedoch gibt es Abzüge für die quasi nicht vorhandene Küche (Hätte ich erwartet bei Buchung eines Apartments - Kühlschrank u Wasserkocher gab es), fehlende Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu trocknen (Waschmaschine und Waschmittel waren vorhanden - 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es eine Coin Laundry, da waren wir zum Wäsche trocknen), des Weiteren gab es keine Möglichkeit Jacken aufzuhängen. Die Betten knarzten schon extrem. Haben letztendlich die Matratzen auf den Boden gelegt zum Schlafen. Die Wohnung an sich ist recht hellhörig. Flugzeuge vom Itami Flughafen fliegen direkt übers Haus hinweg und die Hauptstraße war direkt vorm Schlaf-/Wohnraumfenster. Würde man noch ein bisschen investieren wäre es eine tolle Wohnung. Aber dann würde man sie wahrscheinlich auch nicht so günstig mieten können.

ワンルームの一部屋を借りるイメージですが、コンロがない為自炊は出来ません。電気ポットでお湯を沸かす事はできるのでカップ麺くらいは作れます。 洗濯機が自由に使えるのが良かったです。ベランダは有りますが外干しは出来ず、部屋干しでしたがエアコンで部屋が乾燥していたせいか一晩でほとんど乾きました。洗濯物が大量で乾かない場合は近くにコインランドリーがあるので、乾燥だけそちらでしてもいいかもしれません。 コンビニも近くに数件あるので便利です。 手厚いサービスはありませんが自由に過ごせる気楽さが良かったです。

짧은 자취생활(조리x)에 적합
바닥 청소가 잘 안되있어서 로봇청소기를 써보려했지만 작동이 안되는 장식품이었어요. 먼지가 많아서 청소부터 했네요. 방이 넓고 베란다도 이용 가능해서 일본에서 사는 듯한 느낌으로 여러명이서 쓴다면 좋을듯. 대신 서비스나 주방이 있다는 기대는 하지 말것. 머무는동안 피드백이 필요하다면 차라리 호텔이 나음.

清潔感が無い
ベットのシーツ交換がされていない。髪の毛がついていた！また、ベットのマットレス下の骨が折れておりギシギシと音がうるさい、四つのベットのうち3台が不良！冷蔵庫に、相当古いアイスクリームが残っていた！なんか、清潔感が感じられない

設備はしっかり確認して予約しましょう
通常のホテルではなく、マンションタイプのいわゆる「民泊」を利用する人の目的は「大人数での利用」か「外食飽きたので料理したい」の2択だと思うんです。 自分の場合は後者の為の利用だったのですが… 当然使えると思ってたコンロどころか電子レンジすらないという、目的が一切叶えられない滞在になってしまいました。 ちゃんと設備を確認しなかった自分が悪いとも言えるので文句は言いにくいです。。 ですが、自分のような勘違いをさせる為に意図的にキッチンの写真を載せなかったのでは？としか思えないところもあるので、評価の低さはオーナーさんも納得してもらえると思います。 景色は高層階だったので良かったですよ！

すごく安い価格で光熱費込(ガスコンロ、レンジなし)の宿泊で1週間快適に過ごせました。 ただ、ゴミ袋が一杯になった際は交換するという案内だったのでゴミ袋の交換を何度依頼したのですが1度も来てもらえませんでした。なので、持参したゴミ袋に入れなければなりませんでした。 それとチェックインの時間をもう少し早くできるように調整や変更ができればいいかなと思いました。 洗濯物を干すハンガーももう少しあればいいかなと思いました。
