Carpets should have been steam cleaned years ago. We were on a non smoking floor but the floor but smelled like cigarettes infused into everything. Noisy aircon unit. Booked for 4 nights, but only stayed for 1 night.

Front desk was amazing so friendly. This is my second time staying here and I love it. Buffet breakfast included with stay which is great when you have kids and go to the parks it saves you money. Pool is open 24 hrs which is great. My room was Clean and had a beautiful view to Old Town.

We have been coming here for years. We love it but in the past few years we notice things in the rooms are not being replaced when they are wearing out. The mattresses are not comfortable anymore and the pillows are awful to sleep on. The couches are old and when you sit on them it is hard to get up. It’s like sitting in a hole. Twice we have had a toilet that doesn’t work right. The hotel is so beautiful. It’s a shame they are not keeping it up.

I couldn’t enjoy the pool because there were like 30 teen kids in the water diving and throwing balls that almost hit us. No place to sit down.

Hotel is close to Disney property. Great price. Good complementary breakfast with many options. Mickey waffles were a hit with kiddos. We stayed 1 night prior to our Disney vacay. Hotel is very close to Old Town which was not desirable for our party but may be of interest to other tourists. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Cleanliness and furnishings were average. Rooms are spacious but “tired”.
