Really enjoyed our stay
Perfect place to stay for my wife and I. We found the whole check in/out easy & the apartment has a lovely homely feel. The communal pool area is spotless & everyone around is friendly. We enjoyed our day trip to torrieveja. Cabo Roig & La zenia beach are nearby took us about 20 min walk. Supermarket just 10 mins away & nice bars & restaurants all over. Thank you to the owner who allowed us to check out a little later. Replied to me with no problem.

Space in the apartment was very good. Apartment living areas dirty. Outside space hadn’t been swept and weeds growing. Apartment is directly opposite Leroy Merlin depot. Deliveries start between 6am and 7am. Noisy and ugly. Kitchen would benefit from a good clean. Saucepans etc very worn. Teflon missing on some. Not nice to use. Only 4 mugs to be used and all different designs and sizes. Mould around freezer rubber seal. Bed mattress in main bedroom didn’t fit and kept moving. We had to push it back into place every day. White plastic table on terrace falling to pieces. All in all, no I wouldn’t go again. One more thing,, owners belongings in bags under all the beds. He did say there would be a few bits and pieces, but that was beyond a joke.

Lovely property and great location not much privacy from the neighbour facing not the cleanest as we had to clean before we used most things the a,c wasn't working so had to use the ceiling fans which were loud and had quite a lot of dust on them.

Excellent value for money. Lovely home. We just needed somewhere as a base and suitable for us. Bit of a walk to main la zenia boulevard and beach but that was just me lol. David met us at the house got us a bit of shopping in organised transfers. Couldn't ask for anything else

Good position to access numerous local shops, restaurants etc Apartment had everything we needed for our stay however we didn't feel comfortable using the rear terrace due to lack of privacy and position on main road. That was a pity as the sun is on the rear of the property in the afternoon/evening. David was very helpful, sorting any request we had promptly. We have some feedback which we hope you find useful and absolutely not wishing to be negative but just wanted to mention the following: It would have been handy to have things like more mugs, hooks on bedroom doors, useable sweeping brush (hardly any bristles), clean mop. The bed mattresses could do with replacing as a bit lumpy and uncomfortable - perhaps mattress toppers would do the trick. The standard of cleanliness was ok but lacked attention to detail such as the dining table was sticky, some crockery/cutlery needed to be washed before use, bedroom drawers and wardrobes not wiped out following previous guest and fridge not clean. The throws on the sofas look smart but they move as soon as you sit on them so constantly having to adjust. Overall we had a lovely break and the weather couldn't have been better for the end of October.

This is a wonderful property and David couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be back. The location is perfect quiet for sleeping and during the day but only 10/15 mins walk from shops/beaches/nightlife. I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.

Perfect Location.Perfect Apartment
David met us at the apartment and made us feel very welcome,he has great knowledge of the area and was able to give us all the information we needed for our stay. He remained contactable for our entire stay . The house was clean and had excellent facilities.The beds were comfortable and balcony was great for relaxing. There are many shops,restaurants and bars close by. The fantastic Zenia shopping complex is within walking distance. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment .

The apartment was nice and compact, with plenty of space for two . We do not drive so it was a bit further out than we expected, however this did not stop us from walking to the beautiful beach at La Zenia and the strip at Cabo Roig. If we were to make any comments in a way that may help in future it would be ...That we found one bath towel and one hand towel was not really enough when you are showering twice a day ( however there is a washing machine but did not feel that it warranted us using it for the towels, and although we could always dry the towels due to the hot sunshine we would have liked to have a change . There is a safe in the apartment which would have been great if it was not broken !.we bought six small glasses that we used as egg cups, and the only other small thing is that the small frying pans could do with replacing .....Having said all this we had a lovely time and the Host was extremely helpful in helping us arrange transfers through someone who looks after the apartment , for which we were very grateful. The comments made are not a negative impact on the overall stay, they were just our opinion and hope it will be taken as they are meant.

Just returned from staying in this apartment and was very impressed. Plenty of room for us all and the kids really enjoyed using the wi-fi and sat tv. Close to a wide variety of bars and restaurants and just a 15 minute walk down to the Cabo Roig strip. Als just a short walk away is LaZenia boulevard shopping mall and restaurant complex, and there are two big supermarkets a short walk away. The apartment itself is quite spacious and there was easily enough room for the four of us. Would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in booking again the future. Carl Gilmore

Good space in apartment aswell as A/C with fans 👍 Near to all amenities like paddy point and bog road with also the shopping centre very near. Only minus was a small hill to get over on way back but only looking for prefection .. Oh did I mention nice pupgub only 1min up the road with happy hour. Too close. Finally remembered to leave a review! We stayed 0ct 20-26th 2016. I was looking to take my partner and two children (6 +8yrs) to surprise my grandparents who live in orihuela costa and found David and Caroline's apartment which ticked all the boxes. All correspondence with David via email was smooth and stress free. On arrival we were met at the airport by Anna (the key holder) who is lovely and very knowledgeable with regards as to where to visit during your stay. The apartment is clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. We found the terrace perfect for breakfast or lunch with the children and the extra room the end plot enjoys was appreciated. The location is perfect with it being nice and quiet although the bustling night life of the Cabo Roig strip is a mere 10 min walk (with two small children). The beach is a further 5 min walk with a selection of different beaches to choose from all within easy walking distance. There is a communal pool that was immaculately kept at all times. We had a fantastic stay and my grand parents were totally stunned when we all walked through there gate. My nanna's catchphrase response of "Honestly" will stay with me forever! Overall our trip couldn't of been any better. Thank you David and Caroline for the use of your apartment it was most appreciated. We will definitely be enquiring again soon! Keir Johnston and family
