A magic spot
Loved our stay in this beautiful property. We were a group of three friends and we had such a special stay here. Friendly, helpful hosts and the house had everything we needed - and more. The sea views from the house deck are amazing!

Long weekend stay
Lovely, immaculate house with amazing surrounds - outdoor living, garden and beach are fabulous, and no matter the weather, there is always a sheltered spot to relax. The house was well appointed, and fastidiously clean. Beds super comfy. Thank you Lorraine!! We’ll be back!

Stunning spot, well set up house
Lorraine was amazing with her communication, which was a great start to our weekend. Everything was as expected, clean, well set up & with a gorgeous view. We loved the proximity to the beach & how quiet the road is. The kitchen has everything you'd need to make gourmet food, and we did! Highly recommend this place

We have stayed in many holiday homes, but have never come across such lovely hosts who went over board to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. Their home and grounds were spotless and most of all the view of the water/beach was amazing. We will return in summer, can't wait!

Location, location, location
Just across the road from the beach and right away from the town. The house is fully furnished and equipped and was spotlessly clean. The owners are right next door and very helpful and friendly. We were there in winter and out of school holiday times and the weather was perfect during the day. The nights were colder but there are heaters available. For the summer months there are a couple of fans. Would love to go back. This property is highly recommended.

Amazing house with great views of ocean
This is our third stay in this property and it never fails to deliver a very restful stay always waking up to amazing views over the ocean. Everything in the house is immaculate and well appointed with everything you need to make it a home away from home. Especially love the back garden for relaxing in the loungers. Lorraine and John are the best hosts and very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Ohope thanks to hosts Lorraine and John. Beach front bach, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a holiday stay. Beach metres away out front, and beautiful sheltered garden with bbq area at the back. Will be recommending to others.

Beautiful Spot with Lovely Hosts
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ohope. The house was immaturely clean and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The gardens are beautiful and the view from the house, being right across from the beach, was simply stunning. We swam everyday and enjoyed walking on the beach. There is a four square just down the road for picking up groceries, and a bigger grocery store in Whakatane roughly 5-10 minutes drive away. The hosts, John and Lorraine, were lovely and communication was very easy. The little extras like chocolate and biscuits were much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
