The Space:
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Ocean City, Maryland offers a practical stay for families near the beach and boardwalk. The main bedroom features a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space for guests.

The full kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware, greatl for preparing meals during your stay. The unit also features air conditioning, a TV, and a private washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy access to an indoor pool and private hot tub, perfect for relaxing or keeping kids entertained. Conveniently located near Ocean City’s restaurants, shopping, and attractions, this condo is a solid base for your beach trip.

The Neighborhood:
1. Walk the Ocean City Boardwalk
This three-mile boardwalk features rides, arcades, shops, and eateries. Don’t miss Thrasher’s Fries, Fisher’s Popcorn, or the rides at Trimper’s Amusements.
2. Visit Assateague Island National Seashore
A short drive away, this barrier island is known for wild horses, quiet beaches, kayaking, and wildlife viewing.
3. Try Water Sports and Boat Tours
Go jet skiing, paddleboarding, or parasailing. Take a boat cruise, dolphin tour, or rent your own. Ocean City is also a top spot for fishing.
4. Explore Jolly Roger Amusement Parks
Located at the pier and 30th Street, Jolly Roger features rides, go-karts, mini-golf, and water slides. Splash Mountain is a summer favorite.
5. Stop by the Life-Saving Station Museum
At the south end of the boardwalk, this museum highlights Ocean City’s maritime history with shipwreck exhibits, beach patrol stories, and local sea life displays.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car. Also, check out the Ocean City Trolley.

While we strive to keep all resort amenities available, occasional closures may happen due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

Guests must be 21 or older to book.

Refundable Security Hold of $150 collected at check-in.

Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).

Interaction with Guests:
The on-site office is open until 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and until 6:00 PM Friday and Saturday, closed on Sunday.

Rental Team Availability: The rental team is available daily from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) through the online portal. Contact numbers will be provided after booking.
