With an olde world outside feel to the property, made me want to learn more about its accommodations. From parking to visiting with the front desk ladies to my room and breakfasts, I have to compliment the establishment and their staff. Molly was a darling, friendly yet professional and gave great advice on dessert!! (Apple pie n custard) Why Impeccable perfectly decorated no creaky floorboards couldn’t hear the neighs beautiful for you with the garden outback… Couldn’t have chosen better!!

Hotel rooms are very clean and modern. Stayed here as going to a wedding. Checked in early and got my key. Room wasn’t ready but meant I didn’t have to come back early. Check in closes at 10 pm. Felt a bit strange letting myself in at midnight!! Breakfast okay. They had gluten free bread but no gluten free cereals or pastries which is a shame. But the cooked breakfast did the job. Decent stay for the price.

Very accommodating hotel.
Booked for 2 nights, and after the first night, i had to request a change of room due to a generator going all night and a very noisy heating system early in the morning. This was dealt with very apologetically and a new ,quiet room given for our last night.

Booked for a local gig. Booked a room that we couldn't cancel, and the band cancelled the gig. Hotel didn't care, and we had to pay full £67 for a room we didn't use. Will never visit Nuneaton again. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff £67 and they didn't even have to change the bed.

Comfortable stay, less ideal that housekeeping tried to enter the room over 15 minutes before we were due to check out, which is booked as “noon” but we’re asked to check out for 11. Otherwise very happy.

I didnt like how the doors slam 😕. This did keep me awake. Rooms do need their own thermostat for heating as it was far too hot, had to open windows but then had noise from pub below. Room was very comfortable and clean no complaints there.
