Dirty towel on arrival which was reported but wasn’t replaced. Pool area is dark and miserable. Even the jacuzzi is cold.

Attended a conference. The fuctiin rooms were great, plenty of space, no issues with the equipment or wifi. The meals were lovely and hotel room was very comfortable. Love it that it is dog friendly.

Fantastic service after wrong stay dates had been inadvertently, booked hotel changed on spot without any fuss whatsoever. Somewhat disappointed that the highlighted leisure facilities had a limit of 18 people.... not much room for over 150 rooms.... Overall great sty.

Almost a second home.
Every time i Stay over in Northampton its always at the Sedgebrook Hall. At this point the Hotel is like a second home for me now. The scenery is sooting the grounds lush and the facilities top notch. The food is also great. I cant say enough good things about Sedgebrook Hall. I gotta confess sometimes i just check into the hotel because im at peace there. Its a beautiful place 😍.

I advised in advance that I have arthritis in both knees and that I struggle with stairs. So you can imagine my frustration that we were put in room 140 which was the furthest room from the dining room with multiple sets of stairs to get to. Luckily my husband was with me to help as I would of fallen. Also the main entrance staid to the reception needs hand rails. The wait for food for dinner was 45 minutes plus on the Tuesday night without any reason and when we were there the restaurant was hardly full. As for the breakfast staff a smile and politeness goes far.

Nice ish hotel with a lovely contemporary bar area. Decent parking. Polite & lovely staff. Room ok but not great. Clean & tidy though. Bought as a price deal through an app so maybe given one of the not so nice rooms? Didn’t use pool or sauna but chatting with guests who did said pool was too cold ..? But sauna nice.

Good hotel with some nice extras
Check in was a breeze despite there being a wedding on a Sunday evening. First impressions of the grand old building are great; the rooms in the annex (I was in 136) are not quite so impressive but functional. Bar and food are all good quality if not a little overpriced (standard for a hotel). The gym and leisure facilities are a nice extra. Gym is small, pool you can swim about 5 strokes per length but it’s ok, and jacuzzi is fine for about 3 people. The room I stayed in was a little tired, with no aircon or fan on offer - so had to go to reception after which one was delivered after about 2-3 hours. The room was refreshed daily (not fully cleaned) which is fine. Changing rooms in the leisure facilities are also tired with only 1 of 2 showers working properly, and neither heat adjustable so pretty hot!

The stay was great but I wouldn't recommend the food there,if you have thinking of going to stay and dine ! It like spa and stay staff are friendly and helpful and very clean, but the food let it down!!!!

Every member of staff we met was genuinely kind and helpful! Breakfast options were fab and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi too. Not so big, but good enough for a nice dip on a warm day with our baby! We would stay again! Beautiful scenery for pictures especially if good weather permits

Two night stay in a beautifully set property in a convenient location for visiting family in Brixworth, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. An initial problem with a filthy toilet in our room, (which was sorted on request), disturbed night due to extractor noise, faulty shower screen which caused a massive puddle on the bathroom floor, all of which were a shame as they detracted from what would have been a lovelier stay. Staff encountered on reception, in the bar and in the breakfast room were all friendly, helpful and professional, and the hotel and grounds seemed well maintained overall. We would visit again but hope for a better result.

Sedgebrook made our stay with our dog enjoyable, friendly staff and plenty of areas to walk and close to a walking track and Brampton halt pub. Food at sedgebrook was well priced and enjoyable. This is our second visit and happy to come again.
