Everything was great, I noticed some hair on the mattress when looking out the bed, but the staff came up, cleaned the bed and re made it with fresh blankets. Had a great stay and loved the staff and property.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! The room was perfect, bigger than we expected, clean, stylish, and comfortable. We would definitely choose this place again! It was centrally located. We could walk down 5th Ave, to Time Square, Penn Station, and the subway. The staff was kind, reassuring, and made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Great place to stay!
We had a lot more space for our luggage than expected!
The bathroom was clean and stylish.
Great toiletries too!

The man at reception was extremely kind and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the large bathroom, though the water pressure was a bit lacking. It was quiet and we loved the general ambiance. Great, great location and easy parking.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, easy access to everywhere. Hotel room is not as spacious as it shows in photos but it’s NYC, so no complain. It has a nice high ceiling and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Chris who got us checked in and have been extremely helpful to our enquirers and requests throughout our stay. We really love our stay here.

Location is perfect to explore Manhattan both on the upper and lower side, by foot. Area is full of restaurants and all kind of shops, just amazing. Hotel is ok, rooms are a bit small and facilities updated (sink was clogged easily), it's ok for a short stay.
