Aside from all esle. I received a call at 130am to ask where I was. As if I missed curfew. Embarrassing and certainly my first and last with any JG hotel.

Area is a little rough after dark on weekends. Beds were super comfortable! Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as they only have a 2-in -1 variety that is not good. They don’t have was clothes either but a disposable bath sponge which is weird. Coffee in lobby is good but I never saw any of the free snacks mentioned.

Great location in the heart of Soho/Noho. Easy access to multiple subway lines. The rooms are small but spotless. Polite and helpful staff! We had a great stay.

The location is good walkable to where I needed to go . The staff at check inn was friendly , but when we checked out the next morning not so much, there was a roach crawling on our bed I took pictures and took them to the front desk . Which he just said sorry the room does get cleaned.and that he couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible answer . I

While this was a smaller hotel and the room was quite quaint I was pleasantly surprised, it was spotless, the staff was great and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. No one comes to NYC to stay in a hotel room so this was perfect for me for the few days I was here!

The hotel was close to the subway but I’d rather stay somewhere else in SoHo. The room is small and better for one or two people vs 4. The location wasn’t my favorite. I’d stay on a street a little further from canal street bc it’s too busy.

Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are small but no surprise in NYC. Appreciated filtered water, fresh ice, and coffee in the lobby, available 24/7. Location was right at a subway entrance which made it perfect for my daughter's PACE orientation. We hopped on the subway and were in front of PACE in 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

True, the room is small and there's road noise. But this is expected given the Soho location that borders Chinatown (Mott Street). The location however is ideal - 3-min walk to subway stations. Brooklyn is even walkable (30-min). NYU (Washington Square) is a nice 20-min walk through Soho. There's morning coffee and a hot/cold water dispenser in the lobby. This isn't a fancy place - I see it as a place to sleep, while spending the rest of the day outdoors.
