    Are you looking for a sweet, roomy place to hang with your pals in NOLA? This gorgeous second floor Marigny apartment is perfect – close to everything, just off the Rampart Streetcar line, close to St. Claude Avenue clubs and Frenchmen Street, Bourbon and the Quarter. We welcome families and parties up to 6. There’s a full kitchen, place to relax and regroup and a great back courtyard to outside space and smokers. Best of all, Artisan Café is just downstairs.

    You are close to everything - less than a mile to the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street and Bourbon Street. What else is close? Two minute walk to St. Roch Market and NOLA Food Co-op for groceries; 2 minutes to St. Roch Tavern, cool dive bar with music; 5 minute walk to great clubs on St. Claude Ave - Hi Ho, Kajun's for Karaoke, Allways Lounge for burlesque and drag, Siberia - so much fun! For eats, there's a homemade comfort food at Artisan downstairs, then a few minues to Kebab, St. Roch Market, Sugar Park, Red's Chinese, Junction for burgers and craft are in the middle of it all.

    Property was exactly as stated and worked perfectly for me and two friends. Very convenient to have the bar and cafe downstairs-great food and drinks. The two bartenders we chatted with were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. You will hear the music from downstairs but that didn’t bother us a bit and the bar closes fairly early -I think 10 or 11pm. Perfect location to access all areas of NOLA

    Perfect little place for 2 couples that wanted to enjoy mardi gras. Very clean! We also had brand new bath towels! The owner is so sweet and friendly! Everything was walkable (took like 30 mins to go to Bourbon st) the food at the artisian is so good! There's only 3 things about this spot that you might need to know. #1 The street it is on is busy and can get loud with the cars going by and honking and sirens going off. #2 if you are the type of person that needs a fan to sleep, bring one. #3 since this is an old building, the doors don't close properly. **besides the front door** so there's a little privacy problem. I would definitely come back to this place when I come back to Nola!

    Great place to stay!
    We loved everything about this property! Getting in and checking out were super easy, everything was as described and comfortable, and our host was always quick to answer any questions! And while we didn't go to the cafe downstairs ourselves, it looked like they has excellent food and drinks! The only note I would give is that the music from the cafe can be heard at night - nothing a little white noise in my headphones couldn't drown out, and it probably won't bother you at all if you are planning on spending the night out on the town, but if you are a light sleeper it might be a problem.

    We loved the location, the cafe downstairs, roomy two bedrooms and foldout couch, apartment, and great location. The street is noisy at times. Loved the porch for reading.

    Property felt unsafe. Drug deals occurred in attached parking lot. Windows dont fully close due to rust and one was broken out. Drag racing on the street below at 230 am. No spoons. Sheets were worn and rough (i have pics). Not at all faint of heart travelers. First responder from large city and would not recommend

    Very spacious and clean. Host was very communicative and the neighboring property very friendly. Finding street parking in the area can be a little challenging, but once secure, I had no issues. Thanks for a nice stay.
