O kadar soğuktu ki odadaki ısınma sistemi yetmiyordu. İlgilenen kişi biraz daha yardımcı olabilirdi. Hem aç kaldık, hem telefon internet hiçbir şekilde çekmedi. Ve gerçekten çok üşüdüm.

Hotels kadar berbat bir rezarvasyon sistemi olamaz
Hotel.com un yanlış rezervasyon yönetimi yüzünden başka bir otele geçmem gerekti. 4 kişilik olarak rezarvasyon yaptığımız odada 1 çift kişilik yatak vardı sadece müşteri hizmetleri durumu çözemedi ve ben kendi başımın çaresine bakmak durumunda kaldım.
