The place is going under renovations. Out of the 2 pools one was open but wit barely any water in it. If you are going to be remodeling you should accommodate customers with or let the customers the know. The place is old and does need the renovation. Staff very friendly and helpful on that end I cannot complain. The food is horrible, I’ve been to plenty of all included places, the food here not much flavor and cold most of the time. We had dinner at their Asian restaurant which was terrible. The only thing you are offered to drink is either white and red wine or tap water. No juices or beverages are available. Aside from that the food itself was horrible, it just boiled and sauce thrown on top of it. Again unless they renovate and restructure how the food process is I don’t recommend this location to anyone at all. The staff their though I would take with me to another location all very friendly and helpful to their best ability.

A very depressing run down hotel. The only positive is its location on the beachfront. Otherwise its absolutely awful and needs a total renovation. Barely a 3 star

The greeting was alright. Room was clean? One day they had cleaned however there was stuff peeping through the bottom of the bed and found it was foam. The food was ok. The service at the restaurant was horrible. The servers seems to be inconvenienced when we asked if we could sit outside or asked to drink something other than the water that the initially serve when you sit down. At 2 different meals 2 different occasions we had to get up and go get our drinks because nobody came by at any point. The most pleasant person was for breakfast and she made our eggs. It was rather surprising for an all inclusive who have entertainment on the weekends they didn’t have anything on a Saturday and when we asked we were told the band that plays decided to go on vacation and they would not be having anything that day. On the beach there was a “butler” and he would get drinks for all other people around but would not come near us even though we had bracelets showing we were guests. If the goal is to be there for pure quiet and hammocks on the beach with clear water, this is the place to go. But everything else was lacking, maybe because it was low season? Not sure but did not make a good impression to return

Old hotel Service was excellent and the staff tried to keep areas and room as clean as they could but the installations needs renovations We could listen the people next room conversations clearly even with the tv on Not many options for dining or drinks when the pool bar is open the others are closed if you are at the lobby needs to walk even to get water Very safe and the people are super friendly Had a great time no matter what

The buffet dinning room is too cold. Turn down the ac a little bit. The taste of the foutain sodas are off. Also the women that are there for breakfast from a conference/ convention are rude and skip the customers thats are waiting in line for food. If you would like to be at the front of the line with your co workers you need to make the line with your co wrokers. Not walk up to them and start talking then ease your way into the line. Smh

The only good thing I have to say... The staff was incredibly kind in all areas, though a day and a half to respond to my complaint of zero hot water. I essentially washed in the bathroom sink! The air conditioning was wonderful! Food is less than basic at best. I ate a butter roll for dinner one evening. Drinks are good. Your best is the afternoon grill area, or simply go out. The pool and beach area were okay. In-house gift shop is limited and overpriced. It rained the last two days I was there, which is expected during hurricane season. However, the hotel was either unprepared for this or simply, was not equipped/did not care for/about entertainment for guests. This place is a BUST! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

What is showed on the Expedia website as far from what this breezes property is like. We were very disappointed in everything about this hotel. We left within hours of checking in and registered with amor upgraded hotel.
