We were greeted properly on our arrival. When we checked in we were impressed that the staff was dressed in a sharp uniform and all of them were very clean and neat. Our suite was very clean. Even though I had reserved an upgrade upon arrival they denied it and I was told to come the next day . When I got there next day they said they gave it someone else . It took a manager and waiting a long time before they honored their word .

Great location and only a 5 block walk from Broadway. 25th floor has a rooftop bar with spectacular views. 5th floor has a nice pool and bar but pool isn’t heated so to chilly to swim in evenings. There is a $50 day valet parking that I didn’t know about but gladly paid vs looking for parking. Food is better off-site and not as pricey. Gym was great and provided water and towels. Housekeeping always did an amazing job daily.
