This is like an apt. but with people at the front desk. The room is spacious and well insulated from other residents. We loved being able to fix our own breakfasts, bring home food we couldn’t finish at the restaurant and chill a bottle of wine for after dinner. We also enjoyed chilling out on a couch to watch a little tv before bed. The windows, which are in the living area, are not insulated, so the outside car noise was loud, unfortunately, but this was only a problem when we watched tv. We slept well in the comfortable, although low to the ground bed. The kitchen appliances are full sized and there is a stacked, smaller washer and dryer. You are provided with coffee, tea, sweeteners, olive oil packets and laundry pods. The apartment was clean except for a table that sits below the tv-it was pretty yucky under there. We brought it to the attention of the folks at the desk and it was immediately cleaned and they even left us a bag of snacks! They were very apologetic. A toilet paper and lotion upgrade would be nice! As for the location, we loved being away from loud Broadway (about 1/2 a mile) but within walking distance of other places: State Capitol, Bicentennial Park, Farmer’s Market, Grocery, The Gulch, Germantown to name a few. It should be noted that we are fit and don’t mind walking-it is hilly in Nashville. We Ubered to Vanderbilt and Grand Ole Opry. Except for those couple of things, we absolutely loved our stay at Mint House and would definitely stay again.

Great property. Rooms are super spacious and we loved the kitchen, outdoor patio and soaking tub in the bathroom. Only downsides were that there wasn’t any close restaurants, coffee or grocery. But with a 10 minute walk there was plenty. The furniture and rug in our unit could use replacing soon. Otherwise, nice apartment feel close to the action. The men and women working the lobby were all very nice and welcoming.

We loved the building and the room. The novelty of the MASSIVE vault door was really fun. Good location, easy walk to everything downtown. Didn’t love that we had to pay for parking in their private lot. Also shared with the hotel that the window coverings weren’t sufficient to block out the considerable street lights and noise. Also, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, but the only bathroom was off the master so the flow was awkward. Overall really liked it, but I think I would try another place next time.

It's was pricey, but bet nice. I was surprised how quiet it was. The work, live, play atmosphere was so awesome. Great spaces to relax and work inside and outside and a very nice workout room with state- of- the- at equipment. We really felt safe because all entrances required a code to get in. We would definitely stay there again or in any of their other properties, assuming they offer the same total experience and amenities. We enjoyed having an apartment instead of a hotel room for our stay.

Found a pair of someone else’s socks on the window ledge… pretty easy to spot so makes me wonder how clean the space is. Also there was many holes and weird coloration on bathroom towel.

Rooms were large and very spacious but lacked in coziness. No TV in bedroom. The concrete floors were unpleasant to walk on. Disposable slippers should have been provided. No parking in the area except for paid hotel self park $40 per day. Staff were very friendly.
