We were only spending a night in Naples with an early departure at the time of booking, but with the threat of an airline strike, we had to add a day. We spent a lot on taxi rides to get us to sites. This is a good hotel if you are only in Naples for a day of travel and don't need to see any sites. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The staff was accommodating, and the food was great in the hotel.

The bathroom at this hotel was pretty disgusting. The tub desperately needed to be recaulked and was super dirty and the toilet seat was peeling. The sink and the bathtub drains were stopped up and I was standing in water during my shower. Area felt really unsafe.

Old property, our room didn’t look super clean. Bathroom was not good, water did not stay at one temperature going from burning hot to freezing cold. Shower curtain definitely had mold. The area around had nothing to see or enjoy. But was better than a lot other hotels in the area. Staff was friendly. Would not stay here again.

We were surprised how nice the inside lobby & dining area was. Unf our shower wasn’t working, however. They sent a mechanic up pretty quickly to repair. Our Gentleman who did our check in was very nice!

In the middle of nothing, a basic hotel that is overpriced with limited services. Reception (Luca) very aggressive dealing with customers, but maybe because we checked in around midnight?
