Welcome to unit 204 at Residences at Fairwinds Landing, overlooking the marina in Nanoose Bay. Once known as Schooner Cove Hotel, this building has been reimagined to offer contemporary, condo-style, short-term vacation rentals.
This oceanfront suite offers modern sophistication with a bright open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary furniture, hotel-inspired linens, and a large private deck. An ideal getaway place for family and friends or romantic retreats!

Suite 210 is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo-style suite that features an open concept layout with contemporary furnishings and décor. This suite has a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a large, private waterfront deck overlooking the boats moored at the Fairwinds Marina. The private deck boasts a spacious area, furnished with modern outdoor furniture and a cozy gas fire bowl. *note that this suite is adjacent to the restaurant patio so some restaurant noise may be heard from your patio or the bedroom*

The master bedroom is located off the living room, fitted with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, adjacent to the three-piece bathroom and in-suite washer/dryer. Each bedroom features an organic cotton mattress and hotel-inspired linens.

The bathroom has complimentary eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash and have a hairdryer and white cotton towels for guests to use. The kitchen has a designated dining area with a table and chairs, fully equipped with standard-sized appliances, microwave, toaster, a Keurig coffee machine, cookware, utensils, plates, and glassware to ensure guests feel at home during their stay.

The Fairwinds community is located in Nanoose Bay; a west coast neighbourhood surrounded by the Salish Sea. Enjoy exploring the beaches, walking trails, Craig Bay, and views of Mount Arrowsmith. Nearby you can enjoy dining, shopping, farmers' markets, festivals, galleries, museums, live theatre, musical performances, Indigenous cultural experiences, fishing, whale watching, snow skiing, and bungee jumping.

The Fairwinds golf course offers an award-winning golfing experience and is open year-round.

The on-site Seascape restaurant and coffee shop is open for lunch, brunch, and dinner on certain days and boasts spectacular waterfront views, please check their website for reservations and current operating days and hours.

There is a marina on-site if you wish to launch your own boats or kayaks - please contact the marina directly for launch fees and info.

You will need your own vehicle for access to most of Nanoose Bay, the residences and amenities. Most amenities and restaurants are In Parksville a few kms away.

The Fairwinds Marina and Seabreeze Restaurant are located on-site but are independently owned and operated. Please contact these businesses directly for hours of operations and services.
If the FOB is missing on checkout there is a $100 replacement fee.

Blake was so helpful and accommodating. Very prompt and just wanted us to enjoy our stay.
Beautiful restaurant/and gallery of local artists under same roof as our unit, all with wide open ocean views, marina, discounted use of wellness centre, golf near by, and loved the beautiful morning sunrise on a massive deck with cozy couches and toasty fire pit. Comfy beds, beautiful west coast vibe furnishings.

This condo was the perfect size for our family stay (mom & dad, son & girlfriend). And the view from the balcony was amazing. Our travels always have us staying in a similar vacay property, and we found that this one was a bit lacking in a few things (nothing that ruined our trip though). We would have appreciated some beach stuff (mats, umbrella, beach towels) and the kitchen could use a few more prep bowls, a good non-stick frying pan, and more serving dishes. This is a very nicely finished property, with high-end upgrades throughout. However, we all four commented on the very horrible shower head in both bathrooms. The waterfall showerhead looks lovely, but between the very low water pressure and the fact that the showerheads are mounted so high, it was impossible to get a good rinse to get the shampoo out. Replacing the shower heads and adding a lot more places to hang towels in the bathrooms should be on someone's to-do list. Add some A/C (it was warm when trying to sleep) and this place would be perfect. The manager was easy to get ahold of, was very friendly, and immediately brought us some stuff that we had run out of part way through our stay. And when you read the description of this property and note that it is located right next to the restaurant, don't let that stop you. Aside from a bit of bass thumping when they played their music (which ended at a reasonable time), the noise from next door didn't really bother us. We'd stay here again for sure.
