This was my second time staying and it’s just wonderful!! I’ve been at many of the hotels near the airport and this one is just the best. They are so good to their clients and make you feel right at home. This is my go to hotel when I land in Nairobi from now on

Although Expedia suggested the room could sleep four, the check-in staff made sure we understood this was not the case (living room sofa in exec suite was not a sleeper). This wasn’t a concern as reason for booking was day room until late-night departing flight. Room was well appointed with smart controls and luxurious bathroom. Had lunch and dinner at outdoor “sports bar” seating. Slow service at lunch and wait staff had difficulty operating payment device, but both meals were excellent (food choices and quality surpass the hotel across the street). Made use of the large pool as well as fitness center. Excellent shuttle service to JKIA with helpful driver. Departed feeling refreshed ahead of long flight. Hope to stay again.

I recommend Argyle to anyone coming to Nairobi, the staff is above and beyond the other hotels in the area that I have stayed at and they have great food! We will be back again and will use the pool and gym!

Double charged and not responding calls
Was here on transit and made reservations for 2 rooms one for myself and one for a family member. I paid for both rooms in full and notified the hotel to even send a car to collect my other guest. They went ahead and charged my guest a 2nd time for the same room. I have called them to notify them of the double charge and they are not responding to my email or returning calls. Not happy ruined an otherwise positive experience.
