The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely and the room was beautiful and clean. The mattress was the firmest thing I have ever slept on, almost like sleeping on the floor!

Simple check in, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Pool was great to unwind and cool down after the drive in, and rooms surprisingly quiet given proximity to the highway! Would recommend and stay again next time

Found a room during a busy period. Room itself was excellent. One problem was internet. The internet was not available for 2 out of 3 nights and this caused me to drive elsewhere to get internet access. I could not use an internet stick in my room because there are too many hills there. Otherwise a great place. Internet was eventually fixed. Hopefully they will fix it faster in future.

The motel is older but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was amazing. We let them know we would be arriving late and gave them an eta and they turned n the heater to have the room warm ready for us. Great on such a cold night. The complimentary bathroom products had a great selection and having a fridge and microwave was good. We just stayed overnight and it met our needs. I would stay again.

Quiet and well appointed! The owners had obviously been working to update the room. We were given a free upgrade and the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and everything clean and supplied well .

I love this motel. Yes, it’s an older one but that makes for a delightfully large room and a bathroom you could actually move around in. Courtesy is such that a free bottle of wine is given on checkin and even buckets and squeegees are provided for cleaning windscreens. The bed was comfortable and the linen a good quality. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Clean and tidy but older and suffers from truck exhaust breaks on New England Hwy through the night. Double glazed windows along the front would work wonders

Small issue with the booking but very nicely handled. Everything we needed, best sleep in days a very comfortable bed. Also nice and warm after some very frosty days elsewhere. A great stopover stay.

It is a basic 3 star motel, VERY comfortable bed, kettle and coffee machine, smart TV. No breakfast provided but a discount is offered in the town (dinner too). Despite being at the base of the hill into town, we didn’t notice the road noise. Our host was extremely helpful. We'd stay there again.

i'll be back!
The Motel is old, and it is located just outside the town beside the Highway. You do not hear any noise at night. You have a choice of fan or reverse cycle aircon. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable.

Best bed ever. I had the best night sleep in the king room, I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I didn’t want to get out of that comfortable bed. Everything else was good and met our needs.

Great stay!
Easy check-in for a very clean room with king size bed. Staff courteous and helpful. Grounds in need of some maintenance but not a problem. Very nice touch with covered parking (sail) and bucket with squeegee to clean windscreen!! One of our best stays on our recent trip.

The motel was clean and quiet. I had been advised the trucks coming down the hill nearby would be noisy at night, but never heard a thing at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and it was reasonably priced accommodation. I'd definitely stay here again.

I was expecting better cleanliness based on the reviews. I had booked 2 rooms Unfortunately, the toilet in my room was not clean and the second room's bed had hair on. That made for a bad impression and I immediately sterilised all surfaces.

We stayed in family room with 2 beds and a bunk bed for one night. Overall cleanliness is great. Beds were comfy. Big bathroom. Swimming pool is big enough and clean. Staff (owners) are very welcoming and helpful.

The hosts hospitality was outstanding, they were kind and helpful, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, a meal and wine were delivered from the hotel down the road and this was delicious.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating of our late arrival time. The room was adequate for our needs, however there were dirty towels left in the bathroom and rubbish in the bin.
