The hotel was good but when I made the reservation I paid to have breakfast included and then at the moment of checkout I was asked to pay for breakfast AGAIN. Very disappointed since I had already paid for all of it through Expedia.

the air conditioner was not working enough to keep us feeling comfortable in our room, it is kind of warm. Overall we are happy with our stay in the hotel, breakfast was good.

My daughter and I were diverted to another airport due to a winter storm and had to find a place to stay in the middle of the night on short notice.

Very convenient to grocery and shops.
This was the hotel for us because it's right next to many shops and grocery and easy undeground paid parking. 1 hour walk to the English garden in google but that walk is beautiful with lots of scenic views of the river, greeneries and daily life scene in Munich. They have amazing hot and cold breakfast selection.

Goede service. Beetje verouderd.
Inchecken duurde lang, maar was voor een goede reden. Kamers bij elkaar. Met het uitrijden uit de p garage ging het helemaal mis. Kaartjes werkten allemaal niet. De nacht receptie hielp heel vriendelijk. Helaas wel 20 minuten oponthoud.

Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Für mich war die Nähe zur Allianz-Arena wichtig, und die ist von dort gut erreichbar.

Bad viel zu eng
Das Bad ist viel viel zu eng gebaut, man sitzt mit dem Kabel vom Fön um den Hals und den Kosmetiktüchern in den Haaren auf dem WC und beim Duschen muss man die Duschtüren zum Umdrehen aufmachen. Nichts für normale Mitteleuropäer

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das größte Manko sind die Betten. Die Matratzen sind total durchgelegen. Wenn man sich setzt, denkt man, man fällt in den Keller

Gute Wahl
Schneller Check-in und sehr freundlicher Service. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen mit exzellentem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings die Betten sind sehr weich.

Ein tolles Hotel! Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft. Das Zimmer war prima, ein super Bad. Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort, da wir unsere Kinder besucht haben.Ein großes Lob für den Service beim Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder. DANKE für das tolle Wochenende!
