Executive residence:-
Open plan ,airy and relaxed.
Beautiful pool and dog friendly yard.
Landscaped gardens on 2ha secluded block.
Entertainers delight with shady verandah, seating for 10 people and 4 burner bbq by the 10m pool.
4x bedrooms include king size with ensuite, double bedroom, and 2 single bedrooms. Plus a seperate games room with pool table.
You have full use of the house and yard.
Three kms from town and multiple beach escapes within 10minutes drive.
Local activities include weekly markets, kayaking, swimming, surfing, skydiving, mountain and coastal hikes, or just lay by the pool
Owners live in seperate accommodation on property and available for any assistance required.
This is a 7 day minimum listing over the dates specified
If you bring your dog ensure they are treated for tics prior to visiting the coast.

Peace and a great pool!
We loved our stay in Moruya. The house was well equiped and the hosts very helpful. It's a short drive (5 mins) into town where there's everything you could need. The highlight was the awesome pool and amazing views.

Magical Moruya
This property was absolutely perfect in every regard. We first booked the property in May 2019 after the first C-19 lockdown. Having experienced 112 further days of restrictions we were sooooo looking forward to a family holiday with our two adult children and their partners and three fur babies. The house is well designed, has stunning views, great location (a 5 minute drive into the centre of town and shops) and has everything you need. The layout of the house was just perfect for 6 adults and a well thought out design meant we did not feel we were ‘on top of each other’ and provided the opportunity to read and relax in different parts of the property. Paul and Denise were great hosts. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would love to return again.
