"What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer...

"We had an amazing time in this very well-equipped home. we had one small difficulty with a running toilet in the beginning and the property manager was very responsive with a solution and even brought by a bottle of champagne. It was quite warm while we were there but with the a/c going in the bedrooms it kept the whole home cool. The only thing I would suggest is putting a/c in the game room. "We spent a week at the villa as a family of five. We have visiting Moraira a number of times so know the area well, and the villa did not disappoint. The villa has amazing unobscured views and brilliant outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen / BBQ / eating area is a particular highlight. The owners messaged during our stay to check everything was as expected and also provide a local contact who can help with any issues if they arise while on holiday. Overall would recommend highly for families...

"We had a lovely stay at Villa Esperanza, the views are amazing from the villa, the area is very quiet, we only heard the birds for most of our stay. The kitchen is really well kitted out, pots big enough for a family of five. Beds comfy and wi-fi good. There are supermarkets at the bottom of the hill, a 10mins walk, Aldi opened the day we arrived. The beaches and shops are probably a 25mins walk, lovely bakeries in town. It was 35degrees during our stay, the pool stayed crystal clean throughout...

"Very good base for exploring the surrounding area. Outstanding features were the balcony and stunning views, the pool area and laundry room(!). Paula met us on arrival and was very engaging and helpful and also available for queries during the stay. Minor disappointments were the small kitchen, although it is supplemented by an outdoor kitchen, which we did not use; the quality of the bedding was not to our liking and we could have done with more as the amount supplied was not enough for a 2...

"Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again."

"This apartment is situated in the heart of Moraira town. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars shops. It's a good base for traveling around the coast to other nearby towns. The property is modern and bright and has recently had renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. We were met by Kelly who gave us a warm welcome as always and looked after us during our stay. She was on hand to deal with any queries we had. Looking forward to our next stay."
