Beautiful, Clean, Quiet, and Great Location
Beautiful, Clean, Quiet, and Great Location. We also loved the back deck! Be aware, there are a few stairs to the door and then a longer staircase inside to this top level flat. This is a great apartment but would not be accessible to anyone unable to negotiate a steep staircase.

Lovely and large Plateau apartment
This was a great apartment. It was right in the Plateau (in my view the best neighborhood in Montreal) and was spacious -- it's difficult to find four bedrooms, let alone three bathrooms. Everything was clean. The only thing I didn't love is how much cleaning guests have to do before checkout, but despite that I would still rent this apartment again.

Great Property with Amazing Hosts
This property was great for our recent family trip to Montreal. It is a great location that is in close proximity to lots of activities around the city. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could possibly need.

A perfect place to stay!
This apartment was ideal for our family of 7. The home itself was very comfortable with plenty of space for gathering. It had a very nice outdoor area for morning coffee and everything inside and out was in great condition. It’s obvious the care the owners take in maintaining this property. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere, enjoying the vibrant city of Montreal. Communication with our hosts was quick and responsive and they checked in with us midway to ensure all was going well. An example of the responsiveness took place before our visit. Our youngest had an issue with his passport and we needed proof that he needed to have his passport renewal expedited. I contacted the owners and asked if they could provide that within the next several days. They responded by having that document to us almost immediately, even though they had just arrived home from traveling. We couldn’t be more happy with the accommodations, the location and our hosts. Thank you!

Lovely Apartment and Stay
We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely and spacious apartment. The listing was accurate and the space was clean and perfect for hosting, especially the back patio. Great Location
We were three couples sharing this apartment. We never felt cramped. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms we had the privacy we wanted. The spacious outdoor patio was a nice place to sit for a glass of wine and have dinner. The Mont Royal metro stop is a short walk and we used it almost every day. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and wine stores within a short walk. The apartment was well stocked with dishes, etc. Having the washer and dryer also came in handy. It was very quiet in the apartment. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were pretty flat. We would stay there again.

Frederique is an incredible communicator and checks in to ensure we had everything we needed. Provided us early access to the apartment once the maids were done and allowed us to check out later as no guests were arriving next day. Couldn't have asked for a better host! 12 of my friends and I came to Montreal from Friday-Monday for a Bachelorette party. All communication with our host leading up to our stay was clear and friendly - very quick response time which was much appreciated. The rental was perfectly clean and tidy upon arrival. All amenities noted were available. The back terrace was a dream - we spent lots of time out there! I would 100% recommend staying here. If we ever need to book with a large group in the future we will definitely be staying here again! :) 10 out of 10!

Perfect location and hosts for a vacation in Montreal
Frederique was an excellent host. She was quick at responding to my questions, and provided an excellent online guide for almost everything in Montreal from groceries, activities, and suggestions for point of interests around the city. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The showers were always hot and we never ran out of hot water with 8 people. It was an ideal location for a large group, The apartment is located in a vibrant Montreal area with many restaurants and shops to explore, and within a 5 minute walk to the metro. We felt very safe taking the metro home and walked around the neighborhood on many nights. The living/dining room area was spacious for a large group, and was well supplied with everything we needed in a rental. The outdoor balcony was an additional bonus. We didn’t think we’d use it much, however we ate many breakfasts outside, and we enjoyed the outdoor space in the evenings for drinks. I would highly recommend the apartment, and I would definitely rent the apartment again. It was a great experience. Thanks Frederique!

STAY NOWHERE ELSE!!
This property is a MUST if you're looking for a clean, well appointed, incredibly located property with by far the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly property owners! I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. We were two families of four who met up in Montreal from opposite coasts to spend New Year's together. From the moment I booked the property, the owners were in touch and from then on answered ALL of my questions regarding restaurants and activities. Every restaurant recommendation was spot on and they helped us review the itinerary we had planned so the trip was simply perfect. The apartment itself was perfect for our two families, it was clean upon arrival, had EVERYTHING we needed and they communicated extremely efficiently through initial emails, follow up phone calls and a binder of information at the apartment. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Montreal area!!!!

Upstairs Bliss In Montreal
This Saint Dennis apartment is just perfectly located. Car not needed (Metro just up the street) and even shopping service not needed as grocery stores and restaurants are all within a short walk away (unless you really really don't like climbing stairs). Place is clean, open floor plan and bright on sumny days.

Beautiful home in Mont Royal
The property is just like in the pictures! Absolutely beautiful, spacious, light and well maintained. It is a great space for 4 adults traveling together. The neighborhood is great - an easy walk to shops, restaurants, Mont Royal, metro. It was a nice 20-25 minute walk to Mile End. We enjoyed a variety of restaurants nearby and found our way to Old Montreal and other neighborhoods easily on the Metro. The hosts were very attentive and very responsive to questions. They were especially helpful when our airline rescheduled our departure! Our family had a wonderful time here and I recommend it highly.

Fabulous apartment and great location
This was an amazing place to hold a family reunion. We rented both this apartment and the one below it. We had 10 adults and 4 children in the 2 spaces and it was perfect. Especially nice to have all the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, although it is smaller than the apartment below. We cooked most of our meals in the larger kitchen. The balcony was great for breakfast and family dinners. The outside spiral staircase was helpful for connecting the 2 apartments. The windows kept out street noise. The children slept in the 2 front bedrooms on the top floor and never were disturbed by noise. The owners were wonderful to work with. The was lots of communication prior to our arrival, so we knew just what to expect. The location is great. We had a short walk to the metro, restaurants, groceries, bakeries and wine shops. We could also walk in many directions for attractions. Our group split up most days, with some going shopping and some to museums or attractions. It was easy to get anywhere. I just can't say enough about the location, the size and condition of the apartment, the wonderful hosts.

Great space, great location
We spent a long weekend in Montreal and booked this space. It’s a great location - so many things to see and do in the neighborhood. It’s also a short ride to Old Port for more restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Would highly recommend the back terrace for a glass of wine in the evening. Great Place!
Great property, great location. Our whole family went. Old folks, kids and grandkids- 6 adults and two children (we range from late 60's to 1) participated this trip and there was room for many more. All had a fantastic time! Inside accommodations are clean, well equipped, enjoyable, comfortable and relatively new. We visited in early July, so not surprisingly outside can get hot and muggy some days; however A/C was great (you call Frederique to adjust if pre set temp not to your liking). There is a very nice balcony with tables / chairs in the back... unexpected and quite enjoyable, particularly in the evening with an adult beverage (or a meal if you plan better than I did). There is a reasonably well-equipped kitchen if you want to dine in... or lots of very enjoyable places for meals (including young kids) within 5-15 minutes walking distance. And lots great places to visit from as close as walking distance to reasonable UBER distance... Cirque de Sole', Jazz Festival (in July), museums, botanical gardens, and more. Wow. We were concerned about parking, but owners had great recommendation that was a 1-2 minute walk and reasonably priced for an major city, (bring some Cdn cash, they don't accept credit cards or US $). Frederique was very responsive to questions and concerns. Only thing I would have preferred different... this is a third-floor walkup, so a bunch of steps are involved. As Frederique says, this is old Montreal. We are from NH and NY and hadn’t been to Montreal since the 80's and are bi-lingually challenged. Despite our linguistic concerns, everyone we met went out of their way to be nice and helpful. Some previous VRBO's we stayed at are underwhelming to say the least. This property is a winner IMHO!

Four Women and the Perfect Homeaway
The apartment was lovely including the balcony. Bathrooms were new and modern and clean. It was in the most charming neighbourhod to walk around and explore. Beautiful apt with everything you could want and fantastic location. Very quiet despite being in middle of city. We were 9 older adults for family reunion and it was perfect. Huge table for meals and outdoor terrace for morning coffee. It is top floor with quite a few steps so just be sure your group can handle the climb. Frederique was wonderful and responsive host... we hope to come back for sure.

Could not have a better location!
This stay was incredibly beautiful and stress free thanks to this property and its manager. We had a minor issue flying in and she was able to accommodate us which helped immensely. We didn't need a car simply because this was an ideal location and we could either walk or have a 10 minute bike ride to anywhere we needed to go which saved us extra money. The interior of this place was beautiful and the showers were some of the best I have ever used. Can't recommend this place and the property owner enough!

Great location, great space, clean
This flat is in a great location, close to lots of food and shops. Check in and out was easy. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back patio was a great bonus. The only thing we could have wanted more of were towels. The air conditiong worked well. There are a lot of stairs which was fine for us, but if anyone has trouble climbing stairs, this wouldn't be a good place for them as there is no elevator.

Beautiful, clean, right in the action
The place was immaculate and we had an awesome stay. It's in the middle of a bustling Mont Royal neighborhood and there are a ton of restaurants, coffee shops and stores within walking distance. The owners were very responsive when I needed the passcode a couple days before we left, which I appreciated.

The apartment was charming and comfortable. It was convenient to shopping and Metro.
Frederique and Bernhard are the perfect hosts. The apartment is comfortable with plenty of natural light - and easily accommodated 9 adults and an almost toddler. They were welcoming to last minute changes that increased the number of guests to the original reservation - including a baby! Frederique immediately answered all of our questions ahead of our arrival and even stopped by with a stroller and diapers on the spot when we arrived. The apartment includes a well-supplied kitchen - even cookie sheets! The outdoor terrace is a wonderful space for relaxing. And the neighborhood is charming. We were able to shop for last-minute food items, take metro easily, and walk to a lovely park - all within minutes. There are a variety of restaurants, bars and shops as you walk out the door. The location is convenient to sight-seeing destinations, the airport, and entertainment. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate that our hosts were available if we needed anything - and not a corporate phone messaging system. Our group was multi-generational - and the apartment and location was perfect for all of us. We will gladly return - we now feel like Frederique and Bernhard add two new cousins to our family.

Perfect location and perfect accommodations!
We loved this top floor unit in The Plateau area of Montreal. It was great for walking to bars and restaurants. The metro was only a few blocks away to take you to all the major sites. The apartment was fully stocked and updated. It was perfect for our family of six! Could not recommend this place more! Hosts were very easy to work with also. We will be back!

Great location and extremely comfortable, spacious and quite home
Lots of room and plenty of hot water for 6! Truly close to everything in Montreal at the foot of the Mont Royal and just a block away from parking and two block from the Metro station. We got the three day Metro pass for unlimited rides on the bus and metro. It is so much better than trying to drive. We had an awesome time and really enjoyed this home.

Wonderful Stay
The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. It was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops around, with a very quick walk to the métro, and parking very nearby. It was extremely clean and well-kept. It was perfect for our extended family of 5 and two young children. If I went to Montréal again, we would stay here! :-)

Family trip
My family of 8 truly enjoyed our stay, awesome area, lots of things to do. Great shops and great dining choices. Bernard and Frederique were so nice and helpful, the place was perfect for our large group and the place is very well supplied. It was very cold, but we still had a fantastic trip.

Nice apartment in great location
The apartment was great - very cute - with 3 bedrooms having their own private bathroom. The showers were fantastic - small terrace in the front, and larger outdoor space in the back of the building. The Plateau neighborhood is great - lots to do - we loved the Kouign Amman cafe nearby and a cozy yoga studio across the street (Studios Vert Prasana - for yoga in French). I would definitely stay here again - very comfortable place. Also short walk to the Mont Royal metro stop. Highly recommend.

Great place for a long weekend with friends
My friends and I came to Montreal for our yearly golf trip and really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and looked as nice as it does in the pictures. It easily fit five of us for a long weekend. The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants within a few blocks. It was also centrally located in Montreal which made it very easy for us to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again.
