Stayed here for the 2024 eclipse with my wife. Good, basic accommodations. Yes, there are signs of wear but those were cosmetic. The two people I met on staff were EAGER to help with any issue we had (there'd clearly been a smoker in the non-smoking room we'd been assigned) and even loaned us a pair of chairs to take to a local park for the eclipse. This was an amazing value for the price!

The Motel is right next to the river so you can get a nice view of it. The interior of the rooms are very nice and homey. The outside is very nice and quiet. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Property is old and looks run down but the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. It has a great setting along the river.

Overall, this spot was above average for a motel. We arrived at night and the hosts left voicemail instructions on entry. The room was spacious and clean, with new floors. The beds were comfortable and it had a small two person table. Wish the decor was modern, but was good for our 1 night stay on our long drive.

Really nice place overall. Almost like a tiny resort spot close to Montreal. It's a bit run down both inside the rooms and outside, however, the owners seem to keep things in very good shape for the age of the place. They had a pool outside that was perfect for a late swim after a long day at the function I was there for, and it seemed to be the most updated part of the facility. The one major complaint is they did not have coffee in the rooms, which is almost unheard of in the motel industry. Really a bad move on their part. Regardless, it was convenient for why I was there, and a place I'd return to you.

Not the best but not the worst
It's a 2☆ motel so we didn't go in with high expectations. It was Grand prix weekend so all hotels had increased prices 3x but this one. We had been charged prior to showing up dispite choosing pay at check in. So I wasn't impressed with that. The area is good. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The room had someones old belt and charger. One of the beds had previously been peed on. Luckily we only needed one. There were 3 kleenex's in the whole room. The bathroom had an ant infestation I'd rather see a trap in the room than deal with ants crawling over everything every time you use the toilet or shower. Although the floors looked clean we wound up needing to wear shoes the entire time. We stayed 2 nights and did see the staff hard at work in the morning changing all the bedding. Fridge was very clean. Motel has potential but fell a bit short and is a bit run down.

A very short stay to break up a long drive. Checked in around 9:30pm and no one was at the deck and no one answered the # to call that was posted. The person did arrive after about 5 mins (was probably taking care of something in one of the rooms). Checkin was quick after that. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. Comfy bed. Nice view of the river out the window.

Pictures are misleading. The place is outdated and disgusting. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and had stains. It’s worth it to stay somewhere else a bit more expensive. Would not recommend or stay here ever again.

Pleasantly Surprised!!
Upon reading some negative reviews we decided to book a night stay anyway. Extremely accommodating and made special arrangements with our check in as we would be arriving way past the office hours. Pleasantly surprised how clean the room was, including the bedsheets and towels, mini fridge and microwave in the room was convenient.

Dated room
The bed sheets were clean but stained. Toilet was running continuously. Except for the floors that were done the room is dated and would require soem updates. I selected that Motel because it was cheaper and knew we would be there only one night. But still expected someting a bit better when you pay over 100$ per night.

We checked out 5 minutes after checking in. Room smeleed of smoke and it didnt feel very secure. Owner was pleasant snd gave us a full refund.
