Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren für 13 Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben es sehr genossen. Wir konnten am Pool, der immer sehr sauber war und der eigenen Terrasse sehr gut entspannen. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft und wir konnten Pisa, Florenz, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra und das Meer gut erreichen.

Foto's van buiten zijn zeer gedateerd. Keuken: versleten frigo, afwasmachine bij aankomst volledig verkalkt.(zowel de sproeiarmen als binnenkant). glazen, tassen en bestek zijn dringend aan uitbreiding en vervanging toe..Er zijn geen zes dezelfde glazen ,tassen ,messen aanwezig. Lijkt een beetje een samenraapsel. Parasols en stoelen aan het zwembad zijn versleten. Laatste nacht raakte onze wagen beschadigd ondanks de private afgesloten parking.(afgerukte en verwrongen ruitenwisser bestuurskant)

Sehr schönes romantisches Haus. Super Pool. Ruhige Lage. Lediglich das Bad entspricht nicht den gehobenen deutschen Ansprüchen an Sauberkeit (dreckiges Silikon in der Dusche, kaputte Fliesen...) War aber unserer Meinung nach zu vernachlässigen. Endreinigung nach Personenzahl zu berechnen kann man bewerten wie man mag...

Urlaub mit Hausfreunden

Unterkunft etwas dunkel, bedingt durch die Bambusrollos. Parkplätze eng, Tor schließt elektrisch, Umgebung sehr angenehm, landschaftlich reizvoll. W-LAN wurde kurz vor Mitternacht ausgeschaltet. Die Terrasse war wunderschön, leider wurden auch Skorpione angelockt, die sich auch gern im Haus aufhielten.Eine kleine Info darüber wäre nett gewesen. Der Pool wurde durch andere Gäste ständig beschlagnahmt, von daher kann über diesen keine Aussage gemacht werden.

Ideaal gelegen Toscaans huisje

Leuk vakantiehuisje in Toscaanse sfeer. Daardoor binnen wel erg donker want zulke huizen hebben kleine ramen. Wat jammer is is dat er maar 1 bank is voor 2 personen. De rest moet dus op de eetstoelen zitten. Bedden zijn erg hard. Schoonmaak zou beter kunnen. Vele stofraggen waren duidelijk te zien. Boven is een balkon waar je prima kan vertoeven. Het zwembad is perfect! Het huisje ligt in een mooi gebied met vele mogelijkheden voor leuke uitstapjes. Denk eraan om je goed voor te bereiden op de vele muggen! Zowel overdag als in de nacht.

+ huis prima en de bedden. Zwembad prima. Douche prima met warm water. Keuken redelijk compleet. - Geen GSM bereik.Wifi erg wisselend en werd s avonds uitgezet.Koelkastdeur sluit slecht. TV schotel afstandsbediening defect. We hadden veel last van kleine muggen in de tuin.

très bon séjour

Maison prévue pour 4 personnes : la cinquième personne avait un lit d'appoint dans le séjour. Maison très bien située en Toscane au milieu des oliviers et des vignes. La piscine est top ! Prenez vos précautions contre les moustiques : nous avons été dévorés ! De très bons restaurant à Montaione et un supermarché.
