Great location & comfortable condo
My friends and I stayed 4 nights for a girls getaway. The condo was clean and everything was as stated in the listing. The only thing we would have liked would be to have hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms and another trash bag to use. The owner met us so we could use the rooftop pool for a couple hours and it was very peaceful/not busy. We had groceries delivered from Publix through Instacart. Took the shuttle to Hallandale Beach and walked back. The elevators cause a wait, but we just planned 15 min extra in case it took awhile and that worked out fine. We really enjoyed the balconies overlooking the inter coastal. The road noise and drawbridge noise can be loud but is fine with the doors closed. We even saw two dolphins and a manatee in the inter coastal! Great trip.

Horrible Owner!
Owner sent us a msg 9 days before our stay telling us he was cancelling our first of 3 nights because he rents this property on other venues and his calendar didn't sync up appropriately and it was already rented out to someone else. However, he did say the other 2 nights were still available. We decided to take him up on his offer and just find other accommodations for the first night, we had already paid for it so it made sense. We were lying in bed at our alternate accommodations on the first night of our trip, when we received an email at 12:30 in the morning from him stating he was refunding the rest of our money for this trip because he couldn't resolve the calendar issue. He left us completely stranded and once again flailing and trying to find other accommodations at such an Ungodly hour! What kind of business man does this to people? I sent him a msg explaining he was leaving us stranded without any money. The refund doesn't go back to our account quick enough for us to use it on this trip. He obviously didn't care because he never even responded! BEWARE if you rent this property! You've been forwarned.

5 Nights with 5 People
My family (5 people) stayed at the property for 5 nights. The condo is great (great locations, lots of space, great views). The hotel where the property is located caused small challenges. Please note, we stayed 5 nights (Sat-Thurs). Over the weekend, the property was very crowded causing long waits for elevators (10-15 mins). The 2 elevators were overwhelmed by the volume of people. From Sun-Thurs, the wait for elevators was as expected (2-3 mins). Also, the main picture is a bit misleading. The property is located directly next to the intercostal waterway and 2 blocks from the beach (5-6 min walk) and not beach front as the main picture may suggest. Again...this is a great unit. Overall, I would grade the 5 night stay as an A-. We would certainly stay again, especially during the week. The host was great. He was very responsive and communicative.

Great location
The condo was great, the location was super, the view of the inter coastal was spectacular. The roof top pool can only be accessed by appointment arranged with the owner. If you plan to use that pool, plan ahead. He needs to be there the entire time you are there. The other pool was great, but I was disappointed that the rooftop pool isn’t really something you can easily do. The owner was very accommodating and tried to help us get some time up there. It just didn’t work out between what we had scheduled prior to the visit and his schedule. The only other reason I gave it 4 stars is that there are no hand towels or dish towels provided. There are washcloths and larger bath towels. I would stay there again, but schedule times to go to the roof pool ahead of time.
