Regarding the noise, Ya’ax arose from a house from the beginning of the last century so its walls are thick and give total privacy and independence. However, the rooms have the option of closing the windows and putting the air conditioning on with more privacy, or keeping them open and unfortunately in this case, if two rooms have the windows open at the same time, noise may be heard. Nos da gusto que hayan encontrado el servicio atento y las habitaciones confortables.Lamentamos que la última noche hayan tenido problema de ruido, quisiéramos mencionar que Ya’ax nació de una antigua casona de principios del siglo pasado y las paredes son muy gruesas. Las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado para el calor y para aislamiento. Sin embargo, si una de dos habitaciones que están contiguas tiene las ventanas abiertas, se pueden escuchar sonidos. Es una pena que no nos hayan llamado a recepción en ese momento para poder llamar a los otros huéspedes y darle solución. Nuevamente agradecemos que nos haga dejado sus comentarios.
